I bought an intel i9 processor here. The Best Buy in Robinson installed it. When they installed it, they didn't update the bios. Over the course of 3 months the extra voltage fried my intel i9 processor. The CPU is ruined now, and intel said to return it to BB. Best Buy's policy is, after 15 days, you are out of luck in trying to return it UNLESS you want to pay $50 to join Best Buy Plus. What's the point of a refund if you have to pay for it?
tl;dr BB Robinson incorrectly installed my CPU, BB Bethal Park refused to accept a return.
Just buy from Amazon or Newegg. Best Buy deserve to be another Circuit City.
Surprisingly great customer service all around. Got exactly what I needed.
Took a while to find someone to help me
The reason for my poor review is that I am driving 100 miles to purchase the computer I want and your associate would not tell me the availability of the product other then it "is currently available." She then cited that "is the policy."
This is terrible customer service and will definitely discourage me from purchasing any additional warranties or accessories. I will purchase the laptop from you, because it is not in the one closer to my home, but your customer service and the training in customer service your associates receive is pathetic.
