Changed the phone number to an AI virtual assistant. It is completely unhelpful and cannot connect me to an associate at the store. There is no reason to shop since I can't even ask someone at the store a question. It is a 2 minute phone call. This is the most ridiculous exercise on cost cutting or some kind of policy to avoid associates answering the phone. I have no reason to ever set foot in a store since I can't even get the information I need to make a trip. There is no point in calling the phone numbers since it is a circle of unhelpful prompts in an AI void. Terrible service and ridiculous to think this is in any way progress.
When I was greeted at the door and asked what I wanted, they told me where to go and someone would assist me. I waited there for about 15 minutes and no one came. I so no other associates. In the store. I walked back to the front where three associates were and asked again. They said they would get someone to help. After about five minutes a young man came from the back, looked at me and continued to walk to the front of the building. I waited another five minutes. Then I walked out, passing him and three more associates standing, talking to each other near the front entrance.

After 6 different extremely frustrating and disappointing attempted transactions here, I have definitely learned to NEVER attempt to give this BB another precious moment of my life. If there is a model store to not be like, this is it. It used to be a magnolia store, more like a wilted weed now!!!
Came in with what I assumed were broken headphones. Matt walked me through my options, showed a few replacements, and even helped me find the source of my issue. I walked in devastated and out very grateful.
