Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The store was not busy and I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch. Was ignored by all of the sales associates with the exception of the AT &T Wireless vendor. After 10 minutes, went over to the entrance where 3 employees were standing doing nothing. Finally asked for clarification on whether the displayed watch was the 42mm or 46mm. The young woman looked at me like I was an idiot and said “I don’t know” and started to walk away. I stopped her and asked for the manager so I could get some answers. Colin came over and was more rude and indifferent than his employee. I surmised that he trained her. I went to Target and bought the watch and a 65” television and the service was great! Btw, contacted BB customer service to file a complaint a week ago and nobody followed up.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly
Impressed. Real people here. Engaged, polite, personable, no pressure. Refreshing.
Wonderful young people work here. I came in on a Monday around 6PM and received accurate and specific directions to what I was looking for from the person who greeted me as I entered.
Whilst weighing two product's pros and cons I was engaged by an associate who asked me if I had questions and discussed the options with me.
I then meandered over to the computer peripherals where I was again engaged politely by another associate who discussed budget friendly gaming headsets, PC building, and had general friendly conversation.
When I walked to the front to checkout, yet another employee approached from the general merchandise section to the register, initiated interaction, opened a register to ring me out, inquired about my project, and shared about one their own.
Super legit.
