The employees in the cellular department deserve at least 5 stars and have been helpful on more than one occasion.
After being at 3 AT&T stores and being in the phone for more about 3 hours with tech support and no resolution. I took the suggestion of an employee from AT&T and went to Best Buy.
Within less than 10 minutes Best Buy did what multiple AT&T Techs could not. And we're happy to do so with out any type of aggression.

I do not recommend shopping at this particular Best Buy location because it is constantly understocked. I went to this location to purchase an All-In-One desktop computer and was told to go to another Best Buy location further away or to have my computer delivered. I did not want to have my computer delivered due to a recent bad experience of having the previous computer I purchased delivered to the wrong address. Having to go out of my way to purchase a computer is a major inconvenience. The associate by the name of Allision was not empathetic. She did not apologize for the inconvenience. Management needs to perform inventory better.
