This location used to have employees who at the minimum would ask if you if you needed any help. Not today. Seems they were more worried about the appearance of the displays more than anything
Big kudos to Brian Williams and Todd A from the Collegeville store. I originally had an issue with a product purchased but these two gentlemen were able to help me out and not only getting it rectified quickly but also helping me with making the right choice on an additional purchase for a different product. These two guys definitely care about customers and customer service and it is greatly appreciated.

What happened to this store? I have been shopping here since it opened in 2009 and the quality of service has sharply declined within the past year.
Over the past few months I've visited the store a handful of times for both holiday purchases and product service. Here are the experiences I've encountered:
- Called the store twice about what the service plan questions, and BOTH TIMES was hung up on while in the middle of asking a question.
- Spoke to a manager about price matching a bundle on their website while I was in store, and he said they would honor it. After waiting at the checkout for 5 minutes the same manager comes over and say they won't honor it and I'll need to buy it online.
- Dropped off my computer for a hardware upgrade. A few days later Geek Squad said my computer cannot be upgraded. After picking up the computer I attempted the upgrade myself, and was successful, so I am not sure what they even tried.
- When picking up the same computer, one of the Geek Squad agents recommended I intentionally break my computer to get a "free" replacement since I had the service plan.
- Most recently, I tried to replace my wife's smart watch since I have a service plan, and had to pay roughly half the product's cost due to a hidden deductible and cost differences. On top of the annual charge for the service plan I will have almost paid double for the smart watch just to get it replaced.
Finally, the store is a mess. All around the Geek Squad and the checkout are is clutter and what appears to be broken electronics.
If you value quality service or decent support for your purchases, do not shop at the Collegeville Best Buy.
