I was there to buy an all-in-one printer. I have some diminished eyesight and was looking for an associate. There was one employee helping another customer but he was helpful enough to use his communication device to call for another associate. No one came to help.
The workers won't that knowledgeable of the products. Went to look for smart watches ⌚️. The first person that helped didn't know much about the difference watches. The second person who helped was a bit more knowing of the difference between Samsung and Garmin.

In my opinion, purchasing Best Buy plus membership is not worth it. They told me it would allow for price match. I bought a large TV, found a cheaper price, tried to get the difference. I was told once it was from a business that sold third-party goods. I inquired at that store and was told they buy direct. Another time I was told since I got free install, then they could not give me the price match. I wish I was told this before I spent the extra $50 for membership.
