This Technician came out to my house Sebastian was an excellent technician he respected my home. He handled my smart TV with Care. He explained to me how to work my television. It was just an amazing person of a very communicative, professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Best Buy technicians anytime they are very professional and I will give them an outstanding survey on how we recommend to buy all electronics from Best Buy. You’re gonna have your goods in your beds but the most point they give excellent customer service and they do try the best to take care and handle all good bad situations so I’m stating I’m a very satisfied and happy customer and I will always use Best Buy for my electronics and other, you know Music supplies thank you Sebastian You were very professional.❤️🫶🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

This place is such a joke. I was greeted when I came in by 3 employees. They asked if I needed any help, and I replied that yes, I was here to buy a samsung ring. They immediately dispersed into the store. I waited for one of them to come back to help unlock the cabinet. Several times they would look over at me. I waved asking for help and they turned away from me. I left the store and went to my car and bought it online. This will be the last time I will visit the store.
The employees at this Best Buy were exceptional. They were patient with me at each of my 3 visits! I will use this Best Buy again!
