If I could give zero Stars I would. The store is fine and the staff is fine but it is unacceptable that when you call the store an AI chatbot answers and it takes forever to get it to connect you to a person. It kept asking questions and when finally connecting me it actually connected me to an overseas call center not the collegeville Best buy. I called back and had the same problem over and over and the overseas call center could not connect me to the collegeville Best buy
Quick service and friendly staff
Used to be such a good Best Buy. Now it seems like it’s a bunch of kids just playing around. Everyone has an attitude. You get bum, rushed by the AT&T people when you go in. I was checking out at the register and the cashier couldn’t even get off of her tablet or even acknowledge me. Then when she rang me up, she just scanned the item and told me the price and I said well can I put my phone number in? She put her hands up and said That it didn’t really matter. Well, it matters to me because I want the purchase on my account. Terrible customer service.

Had a service call today my front door Ring camera was not working, the Tech ,Sebastian came to fix it, very pleased Sebastian was mannerly, knowledgeable and fixed the wiring efficiently, great service call! A+
