They let an unauthorized person use my credit card by lookup and didn’t verify ID or signature or have a manager approve the transaction and let them walk out with a Nintendo switch 2 and Pokemon cards. I never made this transaction. I don’t even go to this Best Buy.
Can’t even call the store to let them know of the fraudulent activity or to report it.

This place blows. Bought a $1700 LG G5 OLED TV from here a couple months ago on my debit card with no problems. Came in today to buy a new JBL speaker. Of course their display ones don’t work. Buy a $170 one on a prayer that it’ll work and get told it got declined by my bank and to look for a notification declining it. None such exist. Bought it from Amazon on that same debit card for $20 cheaper and had 0 issues! Don’t waste your time!

If I could give zero Stars I would. The store is fine and the staff is fine but it is unacceptable that when you call the store an AI chatbot answers and it takes forever to get it to connect you to a person. It kept asking questions and when finally connecting me it actually connected me to an overseas call center not the collegeville Best buy. I called back and had the same problem over and over and the overseas call center could not connect me to the collegeville Best buy
