They seem to be too busy any more to provide advice to customers unless you are planning to spend big money on a major appliance.

Was at a convention near by and left my laptop charger at home. Set up my tables and ran over to curbside a charger. I check in and wait 15 minutes and no one comes out. I go in and the manager, the cashier, and a girl at the door were all in there helping ZERO customers and were unaware I was even outside for whatever reason. No apology, or anything.
I had a great experience at this Best Buy. I bought an Apple Watch and the associate Francisco was very helpful and quick. I hope he gets recognized for his great work!
Refrigerator purchase went smooth, delivery too.
