I ordered an item online and got the text that it was ready to pick up within minutes. When I walked in the greeter, Trish, was friendly and helpful. I let her know I was there for a pickup and she pointed the way and noticed there might not be anyone at that counter. She said she would call someone and she immediately did so. By the time it took me to get to the counter, less than 10 seconds, an employee, Taj, was arriving at the same time. He was friendly, respectful, and helpful. He was joined seconds later by another employee, Robbie, who helped him quickly locate my item and get me scanned out. Even as I was walking out, Kyle who was at a register 50 feet from me, gave me a nice, "Have a good day, sir."
I had to go back in and get everyone's names for this review and let the manager know what a pleasant experience this was. What strikes me is how GENUINE everyone's friendliness was. Management is REALLY doing something right at this store.
Helpful salesman easy to find associates
They seem to be too busy any more to provide advice to customers unless you are planning to spend big money on a major appliance.

Was at a convention near by and left my laptop charger at home. Set up my tables and ran over to curbside a charger. I check in and wait 15 minutes and no one comes out. I go in and the manager, the cashier, and a girl at the door were all in there helping ZERO customers and were unaware I was even outside for whatever reason. No apology, or anything.
