I spent from 11:30 Sunday morning until 4:50 Sunday evening trying to correct an issue on my computer. During that time I had called geek squad I was told I had to bring my computer in for service. I had to wait 30 minutes passed my appointment. However, when I met with the young lady, name unknown. She explained in a very short time what I needed to do when I got home. I did exactly what she said and corrected the situation in under 2 minutes. She was calm quiet and reassuring, I was very upset. Like I said, problem was resolved without further ado
I don't really know how to evaluate the service other than just say it ended on a positive note. However the time wasted in the inefficiency I experienced the day before was totally unacceptable
Let alone the time I spent driving there and waiting was another hour and a half.
Kudos to the young lady who resolved the issue in under 3 minutes. I guess it depends on who you are lucky enough to get to talk to.

I went there to look at tv’s and to purchase a fan. I had a lot of questions in regard to tv’s and learned a couple things about what’s recommended for the environment of the room it’s in. Sam was extremely helpful and professional. I plan to find him next time I’m in the store when I’m ready to purchase my next tv
