Consistently terrible shopping experiences. Will not price match unless you pay an annual subscription that costs more than the price differences. Saw an item on the shelf, sold out. Would not sell the floor model, told me to buy on their website but it wasn’t sold through Best Buy, it was through a “partner” merchant selling for double the price, they wouldn’t price match their own store price. Terrible prices, poor inventory, sale associates who clearly don’t want to be there. Not worth the trip in anymore which is a shame since I grew up loving trips to Best Buy. It’s just not keeping up with the times.
