On Monday November 24 ,2025 I went to Best Buy in Collegeville. I needed Geek squad services. A young man named Troy helped me. I have to say Troy is totally excellent at his job. Troy is extremely knowledgeable!!! He gives excellent customer service like I have never seen before anywhere!! He is very personable and explains things to you in a very kind and patient way. Troy has helped me several times before and has always given me excellent knowledge and customer service. He goes above and beyond. I would rate him a 10 if I could. I look forward to his services when I need help with my computer. He cares about his job and the customers very much. I can see that every time I had his services . Way to go Troy!!!
