Stopped to see if I could drop off a laptop to get an estimate. Was told you need to make an appointment just to drop it off.
This is why these big stores are loosing customer base.
Customer service does NOT exist anymore !
Found a local company to handle my work.

So we bought a Meta Quest 3 for my son from here. He's 17. Had no problem buying the item or using it. My son was getting bad headaches from trying to use it and didn't like it. We called to see if we could be refunded in cash because our bank account had been closed like 2 days before this. The guy on the phone was adamant we could get cash back. I go in. I gave the stuff back and said we just needed a refund. She said OK, did some stuff without uttering a word. Then hands me a receipt and says "youre all set". She didn't even ask me how I wanted it back. So I said I wanted cash back. Its against policy and she wasn't even going to give us a gift card instead or anything. 700+ dollars, and it took my husband raising his voice at these people to at least give us 700+ dollars back in gift cards, then they charged us 35 dollars for the gift cards. Its on the receipt. Im selling the gift cards for my money back. Never again will I shop here for anything. It was a debit card. No reason I couldn't get cash back other than their policy. Maybe their employees should know them before giving out wrong information to people. Theres a reason we call and ask first!!!!
