Not bad, had a laptop issue that they helped me out with and 5 star on that. But my issue is, the laptop had to be rrplaced so they gave me a replacement and I checked with the guy 3 times to make sure it was the SAME exact one that my daughter was using and he assured me. And I delivered it to my daughter 35 min away and come to find out it was wrong.. smdh I had to drive back 35 min and then back again to deliver the correct one so she cam be ready for school on Monday

Was lied to by sales associate. Was told open a credit card and you will get 10% back in store credit. You can buy gift cards for other places. So I did. I have $165 in rewards and now I am told I cannot use this reward on gift card purchases. Another big company that doesn't do the right thing. You can't call store locations anymore either. I won't be shopping at best buy anymore.
This Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store can be completely empty, and you’ll still stand around forever without anyone helping you. Employees walk right past you, ignore you, and when they do interact, they’re rude and act like you’re a problem instead of a customer.
I honestly don’t understand how this location is still in business treating people this way. Best Buy used to mean knowledgeable staff and good service — now it feels like the exact opposite. Definitely not spending my money here again.
