I went in to buy a new customizable mechanical keyboard. An employee, unfortunately I didn't get his name, saw me and recommended his personal favorite. I get the feeling that it's one of his hobbies and he was passionate about it. After weighing my options I went with his recommendation and it is the best keyboard I've ever used. I went Monday 6/9 around 1pm. If you figure out who it is, please tell him thank you from me

I originally Bought an Alienwear M15 R3 from here in 2024/03/26 it cost me a total of 2,833$ and some change the warranty I purchased with it was completely useless they didn't honor it at all. Instead they said I could pay 170$ to get a new best buy total membership or pay (800$) (but estimated to be more)to get it repaired the reason I would have to do this is a financial error but after checking with my banking information & own bank I discovered it was an error on their end they never sent out any notice to my bank or my Gmail account and when I requested it to be looked at they denied to re activate or check it.
After going into their BestBuy/plansTerms.com reviewing it (section 14, 10H & 13) showings I never violated the terms they still refused to do anything. So right now I have a few pieces of 400$ paper receipts and a 2,633$ piece of scrap metal. And from reading other reviews I see the not honoring happens a lot.
