The GeekSquad was amazing and super helpful! Calling in to the store though is not a good experience. Trying to get past AI and talk to an actual person about my computer they were working was a not easy. I had to call back three times to get to where I could talk with someone.
Card was fraudulently used there. Called to alert them when I received the notice (I live 3 hrs from there) and was repeatedly hung up on. Not sure if they’re lazy, stupid, or in on it. Card canceled.

Not bad, had a laptop issue that they helped me out with and 5 star on that. But my issue is, the laptop had to be rrplaced so they gave me a replacement and I checked with the guy 3 times to make sure it was the SAME exact one that my daughter was using and he assured me. And I delivered it to my daughter 35 min away and come to find out it was wrong.. smdh I had to drive back 35 min and then back again to deliver the correct one so she cam be ready for school on Monday
