Bought a projector online. Didnt fit needs. Only opened package to verify it wasnt damaged, not even removed from box. Returned. Hit with 15% restocking fee. Inhospitable manager with beard said nothing he could do. Excellent store if you like 10 employees playing patty cake up front while the entire show room is void of employees. Had been about a decade since i purchased from then, ill give them a shot in another decade

I love best buy in cranberry township! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products! I especially love the Geek Squad! You can't beat these guys!
