1st of all get rid of your AI assistant when I call the local store. A simple number list for departments would work. 2nd, stop sending your callers to a chat agent who DOES NOT WORK IN THE STORE! They do not have a clue as to what the physical inventory the store has, all they see is what is on the computer in front of them. I would very upset if I was told they have an Item in stock, once I get there its out of stock. I had to call twice to find out if they had a certain laptop in stock cause the website says they have 2 left but the agent said they were out. True Disconnect with your one on one customer service. Do better Best Buy, much, much Better!

As box store electronics goes, most competitors have been run out of business. Best Buy has been a wonderful store but there are obvious signs in this last 1.5 years that they are taking steps to scale down their operation. They are my store of choice for knowledgeable staff, knowledgeable repairs/adjustments. They are sorely needed. Mail Order will be a poor choice if that comes about.
Their team was loud and impatient with me because I'm old and looking for help with security cameras for my properties.
Jake is the best! Walked me through everything I needed - step by step - and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great experience.
