Purely unacceptable service. After buying $1k 2in1 approximately 2 years ago ive had it serviced for the same issue twice and this time it took a whole week just to diagnosed a corrupted m 2 drive. Following that it took 3 check ins and 2 more weeks to replace the drive with another I provided. A 3 week repair for a drive replacement is ridiculous. Additionally, upon recieving my device the failed drive was returned to me instead of being sent for data recovery as requested and the bottom panel of my device was still loose! IM STILL MISSING THE SCREWS! Also, after being told 3 times separately it would be done same day or early the next I never recieved a call saying my repairs were completed. Absolutely abhorrent service and I have a yearly subscription of the top membership. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE! To recap, my repair took way too long, requested seevices were ignored, I never recieved a completed call, and my device was returned without all the parts. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
