Went to have battery replaced in samsung phone. I had to buy the battery and set up appointment for the repair. I got there and staff told me the are not permitted to work on samsung products and they sent me to another vendor. I should have been told before I went there that they could not do the repair. I've been a best buy member for years I'm really disappointed
