Our Saturday experience looking for a washing machine was good, but 1 staff member said it would only take 2 days for the machine to be delivered.
We left and thought about our models we were looking at and then came back to the store about 45 minutes later. We purchased the LG model, and then at checkout, we were told it would take 5-6 days to be delivered.
We got our machine today (11/1) and I was very pleased with the 2 gentlemen that delivered our washing machine and hooked it up. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised that they had it hooked up and running to give me a quick test run. Oh, and they were here 45 minutes earlier than the quoted time slot we were orginally given (1pm-5pm)

Scheduled an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced. Can’t schedule with the store directly, your call is routed to India or somewhere. Had the foresight to ask if they had the part in stock. They gave me another number to call the geek squad for that. I was told they did have part. Show up at the store, new battery isn’t in stock . Additionally, they won’t order the battery unless you leave your phone with them which can take up to a week. Should have been told this in one of the two calls I made and not wasted my time and drive
