Best buy in Cranberry township pa, is a Great place for the New electronics you must have.
Today's Trip was for a must have for the pool. A New robotic pool vacuum. Please see picture. It took a few minutes to find it but yet customer service was a great help and within 2 rows over there it was. We went to pay and then we went back home with our new robot.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience with Best Buy today while purchasing an open-box TV.
The store assistants were helpful and did a great job assisting me and transporting the TV to my car.
However, once I got the TV home and turned it on, there was a significant distortion near the top of the screen that extended toward the middle, which severely impacted the picture quality. Meaning a return to the store 45 minutes away.
My main concern is that the TV was listed as being in EXCELLENT condition and supposedly verified by Geek Squad. Based on what I experienced, it’s hard to believe the TV was properly tested, which makes me question the reliability of their inspection process.
I’ll be returning the TV and taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Went in the store waited patiently for 20 minutes while a customer was being helped in the TV area if the store. After the transition was finished the associate walked past me and helped someone else who had just walked up. I then went and found another associate and asked for help, they said yes and never sent anyone for over 10 minutes, it even informed me that someone would be over to assist me. I could understand if the store was busy. I eventually just walked out. As I was walking out the associate standing at the door said it shouldn't be that much longer. I just kept waking out the store. I had already waited for over 30 minutes. Poor customer service, need training.
