I went in to ask a couple questions about an iPhone, the younger girl with tattoos who helped me was so nice. If I could, I would give her 5 stars. However, my boyfriend and I were also looking at GoPros since we had a track event later that day. We asked someone to meet us by the cameras so we can look at them and ask questions. Time went by and no one came to help us, the store was empty too so we knew they weren’t extremely busy. We just left after waiting for a while.
We both work in the service industry and it kind of sucks and is annoying that people who get it and are also in the service industry just not even doing the bare minimum. It’s frustrating.

Braiden was very helpful.
After driving 25 minutes to the store was told I couldn’t pickup my item without an id. I have been a member and card holder for 20 years and I’ve never had to present an id. This store should retrain their employees
