Absolutely the worst experience in the area. Order product , give them your money and bam !! Just like that you are waiting even longer for a delivery that was already scheduled and prepped for. Had no problem taking the money instantly though. Already waited over a week after placing the order just to be told an hour prior to delivery that it had to be rescheduled, what a freaking joke that is 😂 . Even asked about picking it up and was told the closest store to go pick it up from was almost an hour away, like where on God's green earth is my dryer at and why does nobody who works for best buy know anything? Spoke to 3 different associates and not a single one could answer any question that I was asking. When asking for a supervisor good luck because they won't put you on with one of those. Super frustrating that they don't even try to accommodate for THEIR inconveniences. I'll never put another cent into a best buy and quiet frankly hope that they go bankrupt one day. They don't know how to treat their customers and they have zero answers for anything that arises. Be weary of their schemes.
