Operational mess! Mother (83 years old) bought a refrigerator from them to be installed. When scheduled to install they said couldn’t do it. They scheduled two additional times and cancelled each time. Had to hire are own contractor to install. Mother left without refrigerator for 6 weeks. No help from store or their joke of a fulfillment center. Can’t get numbers to speak to people. Empty promises to call back. My thanks to Tyler Lipski a store assistant manager the only one to take the time to get a resolution. No the resolution wasn’t satisfactory but at least Tyler did what he said he could do. Bottom line had to hire a contractor who laughed at the simplicity. This never should have happened but no one cared. Certainly didn’t care about an 83 year old woman who paid in full. Shameful
