Purchased 3 major appliances a few weeks ago. The delivery was today. The sales woman was awesome. She knew her stuff and the transaction was flawless. Her name is KC, not sure I spelled it correctly. She made sure we had all the accessories for the install and made sure we had the stacking kit so when the install happened we had everything we needed. She spent a lot of time with us on a Saturday for this transaction.
Today, after the install company was late, Tye helped us to do a price match and escalate the timing issue with the install. The delivery was originally scheduled from 1-4 and the 3rd party installation company called at 2 pm saying they would not be there until 4:30. Tye was very empathic considering I took a half day to be home to be home for the 1-4 installation window.
Other than the installation company, install inc, being late they were very good with the delivery and installation of a dishwasher, washer and gas dryer. They were very personable and knowledgeable.
The only issue I have is that you cannot call the store directly any longer. I could of completed my transactions over the phone but whenever you call the local number you get rerouted to an offshore call center.
The guy who sold me my Samsung tv was professional and even carried the tv out for someone raised a good kid with manners ty.
I was given the wrong item and you can no longer call the store and speak to anyone. Call service only which is absolutely NO help!!!!!!!
