Exceptional service , looking to replace our refrigerator and the salesman met and exceeded our expectations. We got a fair deal and delivery went as planned.

Walked into the store knowing exactly the model and type of phone I wanted to purchase. Had to wait 15 minutes while I watched five people standing around the front registers and three people standing in the cell phone department. Went back to the individual at the at the front who took my name and said someone would be with me shortly and asked if there was someone that could just get me a phone. Finally another 10 minutes later someone comes over to help, randomly. So what's the point of taking my name as I walk in the front door? As the sales individual was getting the phone out of the locked cage another salesperson walks over and literally request that he support her before the customer standing in front of them. Odd. Regardless, I'm finally handed a phone from the locked cage. However, when trying to verify the model number was for the exact phone that I wanted I noticed a discrepancy and question it. The salesperson decided that I was incorrect. I showed him the exact stew and model number from Best buy's website. Something strange then took place. He took the phone out of my hand. And then I was literally told that I'm not able to hold the box... What? Save yourself the hassle of having to go to this store just to be absolutely unnecessarily aggravated and order things online, but from another retailer! Not sure who's managing this store but they need to step their game up. And please, store management, do not reply to this review with a request for me to send information to some social site. I'm not one of the individuals that work for you. Take that time and energy and put it into supporting your team with a focus of providing better customer service...
