Excellent customer service! Employee went above and beyond to make sure my product fit in my car
Well they don't do curbside pickup anymore I was told by when calling their store number and another country answer since their calls are transferred to them and they don't take calls in store anymore. When I went in store to pick up the merchandise, the gentleman who greeted me when questioned ,"yes we have curbside pickup" and when I told him what just transpired he looked like a deer in headlights and didn't know how to answer.
And to the corporate office that wants me to contact them with my personal information on social media, it's not going to happen. I will call or email but I am not putting my info anywhere on social media. Nice try.

I needed a charger for my laptop (very niche unique charger) and Ashley was super helpful. She immediately knew exactly what charger I was referring to and how many watts would be acceptable to plug into my pre-existing adapter. She also provided other ways to buy the charger for a discounted rate. Overall great experience. Employees here were helpful and courteous.
