Shopping carts are left outside to strike vehicles. There is no outside setup to return a cart so people just leave them all around outside.

Tried calling for an appointment with the Geek Squad. The telephone number listed on their website is a joke. It sends you to a recording without ever letting you contact someone directly in the store.
Had to go in person at noon. Was asked if we were Best Blue Plus members, no we are not. Oh well then you have to wait until 2:45 pm for an appointment.
I said well how do we make an appointment when no one picks up the phone.
Oh you have to either come into the store or download our app.
No one seemed really concerned about this issue.
I gave you 3 stars only because the tech we did see was very nice and helpful in solving our issue.
