I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience at Best Buy! My uncle and I came in to set up a Jitterbug phone for him, and the service we received from Jeremy in the Geek Squad was nothing short of exceptional. Setting up and activating the device turned out to be quite a process that took some time, but Jeremy was a top-notch professional throughout the entire visit. He had unbelievable product knowledge, a fantastic relationship with the cell phone carriers to navigate the activation smoothly, and above all, an incredible amount of patience and a genuinely positive attitude. Jeremy is an exemplary employee and is exactly the kind of professional you hope to meet when you need technical assistance. I also want to give a huge thank you to the store manager, Michael (who was wearing a different name tag because he joked there were already too many Michaels on staff!). Michael was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and stayed right by our side to ensure the whole process went seamlessly from start to finish. Thanks to Jeremy and Michael sticking with us, my uncle walked out with a fully activated phone that he is absolutely thrilled with. We couldn't thank these guys enough for their outstanding support and care. If you need help with tech, this is the team you want in your corner!

I am writing this review about a specific employee named Josh. He was incredibly helpful and informative as to assisting me for what I needed. I required a laptop for college and Josh was more than welcoming and very nice, he also took into consideration how we had a budget and which laptop was the best choice. Very excellent service, Josh was exceptional, he really made the experience all the more amazing.
