How do I check product availability at the Scranton Best Buy?

BUYER BEWARE..!!! STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY..!! THEY TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR RETURNS!

First we when in to get a washer but, sale guy had no idea anything about the products. Told us he had only been they month. Im sorry but if you been at a place a whole month still don't know nothing it's NOT the JOB FOR YOU.! He just followed us around asking us questions about products while we were trying to shop. We finally decided on one and he had no idea how to order it. Then he had a nerve to order wrong machine after all of that. We had to cancel the order on Nov 29. It's been near 2 weeks STILL no refund keep calling just get same reply I have wait for it to process. It's holiday I'm out $800 for going on 3 week if any one knows that big hit of cash not to have for gifts. SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME! Go somewhere people will help and if you return something you get your money back in a reasonable time. They love to take money in seconds but give you ever excuse why they can't give it right back.
WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.!!

Drove 2 hours to get a radio they said they have in stock, get here at 10am. Took 20 mins to get anyone to help. They couldn’t find it. Takes another 30 mins to get the store manager to try and find it. I followed him around and was told he’ll find me when he gets it. He never got it and never found me to even tell me it wasn’t here. After this I’ll never shop at BestBuy again.

My husband and I ordered a 55”tv at 9am. For pickup. The tv was in stock and still not ready for pickup at 6:14pm. There is no customer service to speak with. This is ridiculous. Just ordered at target sand price and it’s ready for pickup

staff took a bit long to accommodate but once I got help it went smoothly. just wish they had staff that was knowledgable about everything store and not just one section. still recommend best buy no matter what and this one is always good.
