I recently encountered inadequate service at this Best Buy , waiting 23 minutes for assistance that never came. Staff acknowledged my request for help but failed to act, instead standing idle. Meanwhile, a white female customer received prompt attention upon arrival. The experience left me with concerns of racial profiling due to the disparity in treatment, compounded by the store's disorganization and unresponsive staff, ensuring I will not return.
