The employees at this location are terrible and unhelpful. The best buy return policy is also the absolute worst.

Returned an online order this morning. A week past the return window to get a refund for a charger and battery pack that were unopened and unused. Supvr would not make an exception for the return simply because he had the power not to. Person next to me also getting a hard time with their issue. Give me a break Best Buy. It wasn't a big ticket item. A meaningless amount to return. Reinforces why I rarely shop at Best Buy and I will keep it that way. Awful service.
