They made us wait for 2 hours for just setting up delivery
Bought a brand new microwave online from bestbuy, it was ready to pick up in less than 10min. I went to pick it up, drove home, and found out that it was opened box and not brand new. So I initiated a return, and bought another one online for pick up. I drove back to the store and ask for the manager, I told him this was a waste of time and he need to train his employee how to do a better job and all he say to me was a sorry and gave me a dirty look like he didn’t care. This manager doesn’t seems to care about customer at all, he seem like he just wanted me gone and so he can go home for the night. Bestbuy corporate, if you are reading this, you need to do better with store manager on how to do better customer service.
