Raleigh was absolutely amazing salesperson iv ever met at best buy. Not overly pushy. Just purely genuine and friendly while being super knowledgeable 10 out of 10
Came in with a cracked phone looking for a better case. Girl with the rainbow hair knew everything there was to know about screen protectors, even told me the best deal — definitely coming back here. Everyone who works here should be as hard working as her, she really knows her stuff
Very disappointed. I bought a TV the 9th of this month and they scheduled me for today. And just now they are telling me they don’t have enough people to install my TV. Which is understandable but not when they tell you the day of when they had nearly 2 weeks to plan this out. I’m now rescheduled for the 23rd so I have to wait 4 more days for my installation when I could’ve enjoyed it this Friday and weekend. Very unfortunate.

No water line installed today! Best buy installers don't have a water line longer than 6 feet, so...they just left. Unacceptable! Will never shop there again!
