I needed a new router and I am not tech savvy. Although I told the salesperson that, he sold me one that I needed to call my neighbor for help. It took him 45 min to hook it up. It was not an easy install

Liars liars liars i am having an issue with extra monitors not being recognized . Called to have someone come out to house was told they could be out by 5 that day well 5:30 still not there so I called again rep said appointment was for me to go into the store. Strike One went into the store could not fix my computer said they have to keep it overnight. Take everything out and redo it again. Waiting for the call for in the morning when they said it would be done. I called at noon. They told me that they could not fix it that it needed to get sent out I asked how long and is it covered under the service plan they said 3 weeks and yes it's fully covered. I said ok sent it out. Can a rush be put on they said no.Received call 5 hrs later said before they send it out I need to sign paperwork In person strike two no where near store. Get another call and hr later now stating they can't send it out without payment. What !!!!

Quieter Best Buy which is nice. Friendly staff. Doesn't have everything in stock though so you usually have to order or go somewhere else.
