Other than the nice woman as you walked in the door, customer service was non-existent. The entire staff seemed to be having their own conversations internally in the aisles. I browsed the electronics section for RAM for my PC for about 15 minutes until I had to ask someone at the geek squad counter where to find a product. They are not even in sales. I spent $200 dollars on a product that works for what I needed it to, but only opted for that since 80% of the rest of stock for that type of item was sold out. Inventory management is obviously a joke. I drove 30 minutes to that store because it showed in stock on the website. I would've returned the product for an alternative, but the staff was so unwelcoming that I will not set foot in there again. That's the first time I've entered a best buy in years for anything and stopped shopping in store a long time ago because of things like this. I am a very understanding and patient person, but the entire vibe of that store has given off has me so displeased that I would just rather take the $200 dollar hit and order elsewhere. This would be one star if it wasn't for the greeting I got when I walked in the store.
Great store, has all the electronics you need and at decent prices. I usually try to go during off hours so it’s not that busy and I’m able to spend some time with the salespeople. Some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others but they all are professional and polite. They have lots of fun stuff for sale, go buy something.

Overall a good store, well stocked. Very helpful customer service staff. My problem with this store are the floor workers, some of them are very unprofessional and act like children around customers.

Understand that after Christmas, many products soldout but when the product is there but no where near it is posted, and you have no less than 5 employees talking for our entire time in a group, instead of taking care of the mess of product on the shelves, not good.
