As they don't answer their phones. I decided to drive into PA from New Jersey regarding a very expensive refrigerator I had just bought online. I waited 30 minutes for some sales help that NEVER CAME! Can anyone out there actually believe that? And yet, it's true. So I cancelled an expensive appliance purchase, told off the indifferent and disinterested manager and left. I've already cancelled my memberships and just cut my Bestbuy credit card to pieces. I've been a long-term, loyal Bestbuy customer but that just ended. Folks, avoid this store at all costs. They simply do not care about the customer anymore. My rating is minus 100 stars for the absolute worst and total lack of customer service I have ever experienced.
I tried reaching someone to help me with a online purchased refrigerator, After 2 hours on hold, I hung up and decided to drive to PA to speak to some one in this store. After waiting 30 MINUTES and absolutely NO HELP, I cancelled a high dollar purchase and left this location bloody furious. I have since purchased a better refrigerator at a local appliance store in New Jersey for even less than Best Buy. I have now cancelled my best buy memberships and just now cut up my bestbuy credit card. You people SUCK! I am a loyal 30 year customer that you just lost. Avoid all of these stores like the plague folks.
