They don't keep enough printer ink in stock. Bought black, no color. Went next door to staples. They had plenty. And cheaper, returned the black to Best Buy.

I have always purchased my computers, printers, TVs, phones, etc. at Best Buy. I am also a Best Buy Total Member too. A month ago, I dropped off my computer (purchased from Best Buy) to fix a broken hinge. The repairs were made from their Kentucky repair shop, and the computer was sent back to the store via Fed Ex. Unfortunately, Fed Ex lost the package, and I have been waiting this week for someone to call me about next steps. I called on Wednesday, and spoke to the Manager at Geek Squad who indicated he received an email about my laptop being lost during transit, and he will call me back once he has the ticket created. He never called me back so a couple of days later I called again on Friday. I was informed he was at lunch and they will have him call me as soon as he returned. Please have someone call me back and let me know next steps. Thank you.
