Sales Rep ordered us the 43" Samsung Frame TV while in the store on January 4th 2025. The sales rep told us everything we see on the display is included. We bought that and a few other things for a total bill of about $1400.00. Tv came without the wooden bezel. We called customer service they were rude and could not do anything and told us to call the store. Called the store number listed and a female answered who was not at the store, told her the problem. She was rude off the bat and would not connect me to the store to speak to a Manger and then hung up on me. There customer service is horrible to say the least...I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A BEST BUY AGAIN and will only buy directly from the brand itself.

Spent 30 mins in the TV area looking for help. Asked someone and they said they will send someone over. Waited another 20 mins with no one coming over. Store was almost empty.
