Have to say have not been to a best buy in years, everything I used to go for is gone. Good selection of tvs, appliances and phones but no longer a store I want to frequent. Times have seriously changed and not for the better in my opinion.

Would not price match their own online price for an open box item. Manger told me to order online as the price was online only. I had to order for in store pickup for the exact item I held in my hand a few minutes ago and stand around for them to pick my order. Even the staff handling then order pickup was confused and not sure why the manger would say that. Seams like a giant waste of everyone’s time. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

They don't keep enough printer ink in stock. Bought black, no color. Went next door to staples. They had plenty. And cheaper, returned the black to Best Buy.
