The team at Best Buy are absolutely the best. The location off of Freemansburg in Easton is always helpful and friendly. We have purchased all of our phones, refrigerator, washer and dryer, tv, and most recently our daughters laptop *which we just went back for a price adjustment. Best Buy has a fantastic policy for standing by their products, pricing and service. I wish all customer service was still this awesome. I highly recommend their Total Tech plan; new phone screen protectors are always covered and more. I'm not sure every location is this great but we really do enjoy going to the Easton location
That being said, delivery is contracted out and for the 1st time ever, when our washer and dryer were delivered a few years ago, that crew was awful. Best Buy was very apologetic; in fairness it was during shut down when it was so tough to get people who wanted to work at times. Our actual appliances from Best Buy are great but the install I hope has improved
We feel it's way better to purchase from Best Buy with their great warranty and Total Tech than anywhere else. Their prices stand against even Costco. Highly recommend
