The associate who helped me, Alex McClinton, was patient and gave good advice. He made sure that I had the best possible experience. He enlisted the help of Ellen Armbruster, who gave equally excellent assistance. I left completely pleased.
This was a 5 star review for Arbin on an open box Samsung- until the TV manager opened his mouth.
Telling a customer they can’t “physically manifest” a missing item isn’t helpful or warranted when your sign said “no missing items”.
Please - if you are selling items that have normally included items missing- put that on the ad.
Tina was our cashier and she was exceptional!!! So cheery and helpful! One of the best cashiers I've ever come across! :)
