Wait from 7am to get a switch 2 when they open at 10am. Walked in, asked where to get the switch 2, women at the entrance desk told me to "get in line" while pointing back toward the switch 2 display in the back of the store. Nope. Employee there said it was at the registers. Got up there, they only had 3 (was advertised as limited quantity) and all 3 sold. When last one was grabbed, she looked at me in line while telling the other cashier who walked up to help it was the last one. No honoring the fact she didn't tell me where to go or the fact I was the first in line to ask. Thanks Best Buy for your oh so wonderful customer service there. Waist of time.
Way overpriced use ebay or small retailers.
