I went there to get an asus zephyrus g14, but they had no deal on it :( up from 1200 to 2000. So I started looking something comparable, bcz I needed it for work urgently. I’m a coder! They suggested me an hp Omnibook, that didn’t even have an integrated graphics and a slower snapdragon cpu. Now I can’t run half my stuff on it. Will definitely exchange/return!

KitchenAid dishwasher issue...Highly disappointed with best buy. Their warranties do not honor their appliances. We purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher appliance, it stopped working at 4 months, the warranty sent their technician, he sent a diagnostic bill and they refused to pay. He will no longer come out until they pay, then the warranty told us to get an outside and they would reimburse. Well, you can guess, it did not happen. That technician replaced 2 parts and it is still not working and told us it is shot, if those two electrical components didn't work. Now best buy wants us to pay another fee (yes we have the best buy protection, we pay yearly) to send out their technicians because the other two are not qualified with their diagnostics. Will no longer be buying the protection plan, nor buy anymore products through them. 8 months we have been put throught the run around, should have just brought the product back when it first broke down.
