How do I check product availability at the Erie Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Erie Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

The building seems a little understaffed but when you do get some help they are very kind, smart and patient! Just be a good customer as well it goes both ways :). Yesh helped me out twice while I was there and he is very kind and has a great personality! Get that man a raise!

Had a bad experience buying online. Found an open box buy with their advertised price and made the purchased. i then get an email/text that the product is no longer available. I checked the site a minute later and the same product is now available but at a much higher price. They don't honor their online pricing.

Went into Best Buy to purchase an unlocked Samsung phone for my wife. All that was needed to get the phone up and running was to swap out the SIM card from her old phone. Dom was an amazing salesman and perfectly installed the screen protector on the device. I recommend him strongly even though he's technically a Verizon guy and we are T-Mobile.
