The first visit yesterday was a disgrace.I was very annoyed with Mr.D we shall say, who made me believe he was checking on my lease approval from ACIMA after showing him my app and all, which was not the case. He ran my credit for the gold card and their in house lease option called progressive. I happen to be approved for both but the total amt amount was 2k less than my lease with ACIMA. He then told me he had no idea about ACIMA at all. I took the approvals to boost my credit since it had been hit already and went to look at items which was a long wait and no actual help the kid seemed bothered and rushed me to the register only to disappear when I went back for one more item. I left when I couldn't find him.
My NEXT VISIT was today with Ricky who was amazing 🤩. He was quick,helpful and very honest.Nit once did he get annoyed with our questions or with the steps by which we had to process our payments. Because of him we happily spent more on some great accessories and Signed up for The my best buy total annual plan.
Ricky deserves a big raise or commission and IMO needs to be a trainer for this location 😜

The building seems a little understaffed but when you do get some help they are very kind, smart and patient! Just be a good customer as well it goes both ways :). Yesh helped me out twice while I was there and he is very kind and has a great personality! Get that man a raise!
