Under no circumstances deal with AT&T there. They will rip you off and when you contact att to remedy it they will tell you there is nothing they can do since the salesperson lied. This is the second time this has happened to me the same way and at least T-Mobile made it right when the sales guy screwed us. We were supposed to get new phones for free and mine would cost nothing since it was paid off and my wife was just getting the same thing and out bill was supposed to be half the price it was, also no activation fee or out of pocket cost. Well what they really mean is no out of pocket cost that day, they put it on your first 3 bills. So my first 3 month bills were double what they should be and I'm paying for a phone and have a perfectly fine one that was paid off I would be using if they didn't scam me. My wife has spent hours on the phone and we went back to the store, they all told us we were beat. I firmly believe they train them these sales tactics. Its pathetic and deceptive and I'm following up elsewhere as well. You've been warned.
