Couldn't get my sirus xm Turner installed. Tech was in that day. Tech was telling me that he had no available appointments until late in the month. The optics were wrong because he was telling me no while sitting and eating chicken. So I'm thinking, if you can sit there and eat, you can install my Turner. So anyway I took my business to Brst Buys's competitor.

Waited half an hour for help in the laptop section. Staff too busy talking to each other to help. Had to walk all the way front to find someone after I was told the phone section was busy (with one customer). The front, two people talking, told me I had "join a virtual queue" and that my time waiting in the laptop section was pointless.
Absolutely one of the worse shopping experiences imaginable. If they can't staff their store for the entire laptop section for that long, what else are they messing up?

This is my go BestBuy on Long Island. Always a very clean store, with professional associates. I came in for a new OLED tv and gaming chairs for my kid and I. Employee Carven in the tv section was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful with my purchase. I have no regrets with this LG OLED tv and I've been missing out, makes a crazy difference with tv and gaming. Thanks for the help Carven!
Solid Best Buy experience. Nothing over the top but definitely a good place to check out if you need some electronics
