Bought a $2000 lens for a Nikon camera and they lost it and couldn't deliver it! All my calls and chats were answered and the agent just stopped responding. How can you work as a photographer without a lens at a wedding I was not answered !
Worst store ever and the customer service department is the worst !
I do not recommend to anyone!

Great Store and really helpful employees, Definitely would visit again in the future.
Man, what a rough experience in the IPad, and laptop section. The employees with the broccoli haircuts are utterly useless. I had a simple question about the differences between the apple pens. The employee started reading the writing on the box, and brought no information to the conversation. I ended up googling it on my phone. Why not be knowledgeable about the items you’re selling? Also was told i cannot look at the condition of an “open box” apple pens.
My next stop was the laptop section. I knew which model of gaming laptop I had come in to buy. I patiently waited, while broccoli boys ran around avoiding everyone. I made my way to the counter, where two broccoli boys were having a conversation. They noticed me, and decided to step back further and continue complimenting each other on the broccoli haircuts cuts. I finally spoke up and asked if they had some time to help me. He responded with “ I am supervising the floor, so I cannot help you”.
At this point I was pretty annoyed. I walked the sales floor until I found another employee. Josh A. was excellent. Polite, informative and actually knowledgeable on the products. We checked out the rest of the laptops, so he could assure me I was getting the best deal available. Once he assisted my wife and I, everything went great!
Bestbuy, do better! Fire all of the broccoli boys who don’t give a shit about their jobs, or customers. Josh should be running this store!
