Employees would rather stand around talking to each other than help customers. All I needed them to do is go get it and give it to me I was already going to buy it. Not one person even talked to me. Used to be better. Same experience I get at Walmart I might as well just go there.

"I have had multiple bad experiences with this store's warranty service. The first time, I bought a phone and needed to use the warranty, but they told me it wasn’t covered.
In 2022, I purchased two vacuums, a computer, and an LG refrigerator from Best Buy. Later, when I needed to use the warranty for a broken refrigerator drawer, they refused to help, saying it was a cosmetic issue and not covered.
Recently, I bought a Samsung tablet for my daughter, and the screen got damaged (but not broken). Once again, they refused to help, even though I had paid for a membership. They claimed the tablet was damaged because it looked like someone had leaned on it. Luckily, I contacted Samsung directly and sent it to them, and they repaired it under the manufacturer’s warranty.
This store constantly finds ways to avoid honoring their warranties. For me, it no longer makes sense to shop here, and having their credit card is completely useless. Based on my experience, it is better to buy directly from the manufacturers, as they seem to provide better warranty support. I do not recommend relying on this store's warranty service."

All of these places are horrible. If you buy something and it doesn't work, you have to take it back 3 times to let them fix it before they'll replace it.
