I walked into the Best Buy Langhorne, PA Store on Wednesday April 2nd to purchase an advertised laptop only to find out the price had changed. Wanting to speak to someone about why the increase. I met Josh (PC Customer service guy) after explaining it was a 1 day flash sale I was quite disappointed and frankly mad, which I voiced to Josh. Resigned to just go to the internet and buy a laptop. Josh started inquiring about what I needed in the laptop as far as options, memory, ram, operating system etc. He suggested trying to find a something comparable. After looking at a few different laptops not finding anything he ask if I was interested in an open box item if he could find something comparative. Not feeling too optimistic I said sure so he was looking at alot of different items went somewhere came back with nothing then said let me check one other spot as I'm figuring it was just a waste of time. He said he might of found something that might interest me, brought it down we started reviewing it turned it on checked it out it was very similar to what I was looking for to start, except it was better more memory, storage, speed and options for slightly lower price. The box said it was listed as excellent condition I found it to be in near brand new condition. especially considering it was an open box item. I bought the laptop. But, I'm not giving a review of the laptop. I'm giving a review because of Josh. If his typical work ethic to go above and beyond to help a customer to get what he wanted at the price he was looking to spend. Josh in my opinion is what customer service should be. I thanked him then and I'm thanking him again in this review.
Probably the only consumer electronic chain remaining in the US east coast
The geek squad here is very helpful and professional. I took my switch lite in because it had a cracked screen and instead of making me send it out and wait for it to get fixed they gave me a brand new one. Thanks so much
