Went in looking for "unboxed" merchandise as we have in the past for our small business and was informed by an associate that "you can find that online". So, another reason not to walk into a store to receive old fashioned, in-person costumer service. It's as if they really don't want you to visit their store. I don't get it.
I ordered an Apple Studio Display with home delivery. The cable was missing from the box. I contacted support and was told to go to any Best Buy store and get the cable for free. I went to this Best Buy. They called the manager. The manager said that the original Apple cable could only be provided for a fee. I started messaging support on the spot. I asked the manager to stay nearby so I would not have to wait another 15 minutes for her to come back. She did not wait. Support said it must be provided for free. The manager came back and said again that it is only available for a fee. I have not seen such a fraudulent organization and such terrible customer service in a long time (special thanks to the manager). I do not recommend buying anything in this store that costs more than $7.

Went in to get some info on a new comp that I had been researching. Went in spoke to Ted. Showed him what I was looking at. He answered my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I was in and out in no time with my new computer. Very happy. Ted was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought my last computer almost 10 years ago from best buy. Great deal and great svc.
