I have been a long time customer of Best Buy. Every time I go to get something that's under warranty they always some how leisurely change the policy and always trying to get me to pay more money... Every time.

1.5 months, 3 ovens later I wanted to write this review. While some of the employees are totally clueless, some of them are really helpful. George Keller at the appliance center took care of us today with utmost respect and friendliness. 2 weeks left to thanksgiving and the closest time samsung(the worst ever) could come was a week later. With George’s help and professionalism, I get a new oven in a few days. I would like to thank him for his help.
Very friendly staff. Plenty folks available to help customers. Much cleaner with many more items on display than Willow Grove.

Employees definitely need some training. Spoke to 4 different people First one didn’t even know how to help. The others sent me to 3 different aisles for a charger for router.
Spent almost half an hour left.
