Found an 55” tv on their site for $179. Site said Fairless Hills Best Buy had several. I drove 30 mins to the store and found the 55” insignia TV but it was $199 in store. They would not match the price online because they told me it was a different skew. I asked them to give me one that their website showed they had several of and they told me that was a mistake. My pride would not let me pay $20 extra so I wasted an hour of my time and probably $30 in gas. I will never go to that Best Buy again.

While Best Buy is a great store customer service is an issue.
Purchased a refrigerator, told them the situation with my water shut off. They assured me it would be fine. Fast forward to delivery and installation, and the worthless individuals they sent out refused to install. Never again.
The employees were nice and respectful.
