I will not have enough room to say what I want to about an employee named Gary at the Fairless Hills store. He explained everything to me about my phone that I had a question about took care of me was very knowledgeable polite and went above and beyond the call of duty. You should have a 100 Gary's because he was exceptional. He needs to receive recognition for the outstanding employee that he is. Knowledgeable on phones recommended a TV for me along with an ipad.

Made an appointment to have a phone screen replaced. As someone who has replaced several phone screens, I think this should have taken 20 minutes, maybe half an hour on a busy day.
Geek Squad was entirely incompetent. Only after waiting to get checked in and removing parental controls was I told that they didn't have the replacement screen in stock. I was there for over an hour to be told they didn't even have the part!! Are you kidding me? I expect more from an APPLE AUTHORIZED service store. PS- the store is FILTHY, and there is product dumped everywhere like someone's garage. What a dump.
