Very poor customer service , we came in for a phone charger and cord told to go down by the PlayStation area , not escorted just pointed. Then the guy went straight on his cell phone. Drove to Family Dollar got awesome customer service. Store Manager you seriously need to wake up your co workers. Being a store manager myself your customer service is seriously bad!!!

I always have a great experience at Best buy. I won't lie though they are a little overpriced
