I needed to replace the 5.25 inch speakers in the front doors of my Cadillac and the Kickers sound great!
I went to Best Buy in Harrisburg to get my phone screen repaired, and the agent, Thomas, told me it wasn't "cracked enough" to qualify for an AppleCare repair. Seriously? the line across my screen is clearly visible and runs all the way through.
Made an appointment and drove 30+ minutes to get my laptop fan fixed. I was told the day before that I needed to buy the fan myself so they could install it. I agreed to come back and was told that they can't fix my computer fan because it's too complex and they don't really deal with hard-wired items. Your workers are incompetent best buy. Might I add that I spoke to an individual online and was told that at every location they are able to do everything tech-related. Fire these individuals from the Geek Squad in Harrisburg.
Went to ger a screen protector put on my mobile phone (both brand new purchased on line never opened). Screen protector is tempered glass with liquid application. They said sure, took my money. Opened the packages. 15 minutes later saidwe don't do this kind anymore. They gave me my money back. But they opened my packages, fooled around with my stuff wasted my time. The screen protector came with everything needed to apply.
