Best Buy fraudulently charged my card 1 year after a purchase with the store. I called Best Buy to remedy the issue and their AI support directed me to dispute it with my bank. Disappointed in their customer support and their sneaky business practices.

Another manager that thinks their job title gives them the right to make decisions over other people and what they can buy. Your corporate policy states 1 item per stock number not only one of anything that looks alike. You don't get to make those decisions. Especially when a customer waits in line for twelve hours
