Absolutely horrible experience with best buy Harrisburg, PA. Tried to order a computer that was on-sale 12th of November and figured, sure I'll have it shipped to my house. BIG MISTAKE! The estimated shipping time went from 1 day to 'who knows' currently my order is in limbo and I can't cancel it. It shows pending on my credit card currently November the 30th. Since I needed a computer I tried to order again but this time used pick up option for the Mechanicsburg, PA store, had absolutely no problem.
DO NOT SELECT HARRISBURG PA AS YOUR STORE!!
if i could leave zero stars i would. still trying to cancel my order!
