I want to give a shoutout to Shea for turning a really frustrating experience into a great one.
We came in dealing with a mess created by a previous rep who accidentally added us to an existing membership instead of creating a new one to cover our TV installation. We were not refunded fully for this membership and calling the customer service desk got us nowhere. I came in very upset and frustrated.
Though Shea had a few challenges initially, he eventually took the time to perform a full audit to find what happened. He got us a refund on the membership and added a $30 gift to account for the inconvenience of driving to Best Buy twice.
