The amazing difference between the York location and the Harrisburg location is wildly different. On Tuesday I bought a TV from the York Location, service was amazing and the rep was beyond helpful. I went to the location on Jonestown road to purchase a soundbar. I walked back to the section and began to look around. I was only in need of a simple and cheap soundbar as it will be seldomly used. When asking for something in the 100-150 dollar range, only 1 was shown to me, which there were several in the area. Then when trying to listen to the audio the demo setup was not functioning. Hard to buy a soundbar without hearing it. I found a tlc display and attempted to use the demo, non functional as most of the audio demos are. I proceeded to connect to the soundbar, i played music at 20 percent volume when a sales associate came over telling me that it was not allowed. I apologized and he proceeded to complain about having to repair their setup. The tone being very condescending. This stores location is overstaffed as 10 people were standing around, and the only info provided was that of their policy not to connect to speakers. I live 5 minutes from this location and avoid it at most opportunities and each visit reminds me of the stores awful customer service. Take the 20-40 minute drive and go to any other location!!!

tried to get the free event eevee and the employees were completely unaware of the promotion and tired to make us buy pokemon cards to get the promotion code

I drove from Lancaster to Harrisburg to get a start on my car. Xavier has truly gone above and beyond to assist me. He went out of his way to help with my return, and while there were minor issues unrelated to Best Buy but related to Progressive Leasing, Xavier found a solution. I will be forever grateful for his dedication and effort to ensure everything was resolved. I will recommend this store and Xavier to any of my friends.
Wanted to buy some things. Asked an employee for help and they said they would be right there. Never showed up. Left and spent $800 at a competitor
