Went in for a laptop...and received so much help! Definitely will go back again and again!
They had some hard to find car audio components that I needed. Staff was helpful
Best Buy is in decline. Three months ago I placed a pre-order, and two days before the product was due to be delivered, they canceled everything after I had waited all this time. I find this kind of practice very irresponsible on their part because if you order and pay for something you've already purchased, they never contacted me, not even a message or email. The next day I went to their store and they told me the product was out of stock, that only six people had purchased it, and that one buyer had taken all the available stock. So I don't understand why they would open pre-orders without any stock available. It's a waste of time for me. As a company, they've lost credibility, and I don't intend to give them another penny. I'm also canceling the credit card I got from them.

Went today to check out a laptop and printer for my son. Rei greeted me once I went in and she was very helpful in directing me where to go, as well as being knowledgeable about their products.
