Best Buy Harrisburg East

Quill was fabulous!!! Harrisburg jonestown Rd location.

9/8/26 store is supposed to open at 10am but they did not open store until 10:15 despite there being a line of customers outside store. Employees were casually walking in talking and joking around closer to 10:10 a full 10 minutes after the store was even supposed to be open. I’m all for a good and fun work environment and employees being happy but there should still be professionalism and value for the customers time. We should not be waiting 15 minutes outside the store past opening time because the employees goof around and show up to work so late. This store has really gone down hill over the last few years, almost to the point that it’s become a joke of a Best Buy location. A lot of the employees should’ve been let go and replaced with better employees a long time ago. There’s a few good ones but most are just there for a paycheck waiting for the day to be over. Most of them have zero knowledge of their products too. Better off driving the extra distance to mechanicsburg location for a better experience.
