This is the only best buy i go to, so helpful! Delivery team is top notch as well, laid plastic down so they didnt mess my floor up!

My son has been wanting a PC for gaming, so we stopped here to look around and get some ideas. I ended up purchasing an OMEN pc, and it was honestly such a great purchase. He loves his new desk we ordered online (through amazon), but all in all , the entire setup was simply easy. We purchased a year of Norton protection on the pc just to be safe as soon as we set it up. The employees were laid back and happy to help you with anything. Answered all of our questions and helped us understand the financing a little better. Overall, I highly recommend this store. It was worth the trip, and my son was so grateful at Christmas.

Ordered a tv online was told the tv was in the store, long story short it was not. We had to settle for a different model was told by customer service they would issue a refund for the trouble and lying repeatedly and now they’re fighting us on it. Even with the refund being issued in writing, they still change their answer every time.

After ordering an item in the store by a sales person I was told I would be notified it would be ready for pick up in about one or two days. After two weeks I tried calling the store to see if they had received the item. But, of course, you aren’t able to talk to anyone in that store. You talk to some random call center at who knows where. Needless to say the item will not be available for another two weeks. Had I known this to begin with I would have gone elsewhere. Very poor customer service for a local store. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and save yourself a lot of inconvenience!
