They had the computer I wanted. They did not have the accessories for that computer in the store. Why goto the store if I'm going to have to shop online anyway. And, getting the computer without being able to protect it is quite risky.

The 2 managers were rude and usive considerate. I drove clear from Somerset to get a security system and they wouldn't even mark down any of the prices that were shown and what were discussed on the telephone I want to thank the young man who did wait on me. He was very kind and polite, but as far as management goes. You need a refresher, course and politeness, uncommon courtesy.

Best Buy’s automated phone lady was the least intelligent thing they could have done. If you leave something in the store, you cannot check with the store because you are no longer able to directly speak with stores.
