My grandson and I were on our way to Altoona Best buy to pick up his laptop we had been delayed and we were trying hard to make it there before 8:00 and wanted to call the Altoona store and let the employees know that we were coming at the last minute and apologize for coming so late. Best buy will not allow you to talk to talk to the employees in the local stores. We were sure they would be gone by the time we got there but we went down anyway anyway and were pleasantly surprised to find they were still there and they were so friendly and helpful that they more than made up for the needless frustration of dealing with a chatbot and someone who knows nothing about the situation. Best buy needs to get rid of these services and rely on their human employees who are more than capable of providing great customer service
