I get it. it's hard to find good help these days, but for some reason, I thought Best Buy could rise above that...not so! Got poor service immediately upon entering the store from a soft-spoken girl who clearly should not be a "Greeter". She looked as bored and uninterested in helping me as a rock. After she finally found someone to stop chatting with their coworkers in the Home Theatre Dept. I was dismissed by the associate immediately telling me that what I was looking for was OOS. When I asked when more would arrive, I got an IDK. When I asked a number of questions regarding this product, even in light of it being OOS, I was treated like I'm an idiot for continuing to ask my questions. Have you ever heard of "Online Ordering"? My intention was to order online from a competitor instead of returning for more disappointment from this particular store...which is exactly what I did when I left!

The employees need to be more versed in BestBuy policies. Especially when they changed. This location no longer is Apple Certified and none of the employees knew that it had been revoked 2 months prior

They were supposed to deliver and install a refrigerator. HOWEVER when the delivery people did not know how to install the refrigerator, now I have to wait another week

Poor customer service. I wanted to see if I could return something g for store credit and was told I need to speak with a manager, I said okay. Then she never got the manager. I finally just said it was fine and left.
