We went to the store to upgrade our iPhone and the Verizon rep made a computer error and couldn’t process our order. He deactivated our current phone and couldn’t get the new one working. Then he couldn’t get the old phone working. The rep couldn’t get anyone at Verizon to help and we’re told we now have to go to a Verizon store to get the phone working. Except it’s Sunday afternoon/evening and the Verizon stores are closed. So now we have a phone that doesn’t work at all. We’ve been going to this store for years and have never experienced such poor service.

This rating is for Best Buy phone service. Its now AI. Will not connect you to actually person. So if looking to speak someone need to know what depart extensions it is. Even then im not sure. Since i dont know any extensions, it doesn't give any either.
Otherwise forget about speaking to real people. 🚫 Even if ask for customer service, still get NO ONE.
