I don’t know who hurt the staff here - but the people working when I arrived this morning were clearly unhappy to be there. In addition to staff being unpleasant to interact with, they were incredibly short staffed and the wait time for help was unreasonable. When I POLITELY asked the salesperson if there was anyone else to assist or maybe they could tell me a more low volume time I could come in - a random salesperson in a totally different area thought it would be appropriate to interject herself into the conversation about how they don’t have control over not having the proper staffing. What she said was not a problem - she was just rude and condescending. I won’t ever be shopping there again.

We can't say enough nice things about how wonderful Cristina S and Peter of the Geek Squad were. We were on vacation in Lancaster Pennsylvania from Massachusetts and needed their expertise on straightening out our computer. They made it right in very fast time.
