More selection than a lot of stores. Was able to go in and find exactly what we needed
Extended warranty for large appliances, like a fridge isn't worth it. Had a house fire where the wire between the pole and the house caught on fire. It fried the my new frigerator. Had someone come out to the house and they said that they will not touch it due to a farm house have a so-called mouse problem. The guy was nice and gave me the part number to order myself, but ill be installing it.

I recently went to Best Buy with the simple goal of purchasing a monitor that was in stock and on sale. It had the specs I needed, and I was ready to check out quickly. Instead, the employee helping me went out of their way to discourage me from buying it and pushed me to spend more money on a monitor they claimed was "better." The issue? The alternative they suggested wasn’t in stock, was back-ordered, and wasn’t even on sale.
I understand wanting to provide recommendations, but if the product isn’t available and I’m set on something that is in stock, it would’ve been much better to respect my choice. All I needed was for someone to grab the monitor I came for, but that wasn’t the case.
In the end, it was a lose-lose situation: Best Buy lost a sale, and I left without the second monitor I needed. Honestly, I’ll probably just shop online next time—it’s simpler and avoids unnecessary hassles like this.
