Sales people very helpful
No way to call the local store. They make you think you are calling your local store and then they send your call to an out source center. I had a simple question about Xbox repair cost and was trying to tell the specific problem and they didn't understand and just told me the lowest and highest price which is a big difference when price checking. This is the 3rd place I've checked and the only one not specific.

I went in looking for a nice monitor to buy as a christmas gift for myself. I talked to a sales rep named Isaic (sorry if I spelled it wrong), who told me they were out of stock for the monitor I was looking for. He then helped me run through possible alternatives before I was finally able to settle on something. As he was ringing me up he very thoroughly explained Best Buy's rewards, warranty, and Geek squad program. He was professional, knowledgable, and a great salesperson. Just figured id say something in case anybody reads these.
I was running late, it was getting close to closing time and they went the extra mile to get me all set up with a new laptop.
