The staff were very helpful.
Specifically for Geek Squad, the rest of the store is fine.
If you have any knowledge of Computers, DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS.
Myself and a friend, who have been trained for computer maintenance, determined that the problems I was having with my desktop was probably "CPU or Motherboard," but wanted to get it checked by a professional company to make sure. Not only did the diagnosis (Which was $110 after tax) take twice as long, but the diagnosis they gave back was "CPU or Motherboard." The tech also did not call me, which they did admit was their fault.
I went in and complained, and asked for a half refund (Since I acknowledge that some work went into it) but was told that if I wanted a better diagnosis I should have "Brought my own CPU or Motherboard for the technician to try." Huh? But if I had that, I would have just asked you to repair it?
I still asked for my refund which they refused, so I left.
Would give a 0/5 if I could, honestly, good customer service could have fixed all of this.
NEVER GO HERE IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING, OR HAVE A FRIEND WHO DOES.

I frequently shop this best buy & they have truly impressed me every time. It takes a lot to run a great team so shout out to GM Mike for crafting quite the team!! I’ll always purchase from this store if possible, so refreshing to see great customer service making a come-back!
