My online order from this location was delivered at an incorrect address, my replacement was promised to arrive today, and then it got delayed again for two weeks from now. After a lot of back and forth trying to get resolution, I walked away with a refund and a crucial deadline missed on a project.
This location needs to dump Roadie as it's delivery service as I suspect there's thievery. I used the dropoff photo to discover that my initial package ended up three blocks away at the front doorstep of an addiction treatment center and of course by the time I got there it was gone.

Why can't I get ahold of a real sales associate for my 30 second question about my visit today to Fruitville pike Lancaster PA? When I tried to call, the person that answered, wherever they were wouldn't help me! Ugh! I miss the old days when stores actually answered the phone!
