Employees like the ones in this store are the reason in-store shopping is dying. I had been looking around for a replacement laptop and saw that this store had a great deal on an open box version of what I was looking at, clearly showed you had it in stock on the website. Went in to get it, couldn't find it anywhere. Asked an employee for help, he looked for all of 30 seconds and told me he guessed they didn't have it. I asked if there was anyone else he could ask and he went up to some other employee I assume was a supervisor or something. That gentlemen also just said he guessed you didn't have it but never actually made an effort to look for it. So I kept looking by myself, found a box in the open box section that said "HP laptop" like the one I was looking for, but the price tag on it said "Google pixel watch". Went back to ask the employee if that could possibly be the one I was looking for, he told me he couldn't help me and id have to take it up to the front. I took it to the front, told them what I was looking for and asking if the box I found could be it. Was told that wasn't it and then he tried to convince me to buy a different more expensive computer. Realizing no one would actually help me find what I was looking for and you must've sold what I wanted and didn't update your inventory, I left. 3 days later I looked on the site and it still said you had it in stock. So I placed an order for store pick up and 15 minutes later the computer that 3 of the employees told me they didn't have magically appeared in the store and was ready for me to pick. Thanks for nothing Best Buy employees!

Went to this best buy to buy some glasses to help build my credit and got offered the lease program and I was pretty much sweet talked me into getting them first of all the guy there told me if I paid off the item in 3 months id only be paying retail wich was a lie I got taxed 80$ dollers just to walk out with them also I asked him if it would help with my credit score and he said it would 100% wich was a complete lie . Yes its my fault for not reading up on it first before trying it but then again I trusted that they were being honest and I was asking all the right questions just to be lied to in my face just to get a sale thats not right

I drove an hour to this store after speaking to customer service about a defective device I received. When I got to the Best Buy the individual that maybe was a manager was rude to me. After 5-10 minutes of waiting, she told me I was unable to return it there and needed to go to the Apple Store. What if I didn’t mention the defective part of the device? What hurt most was the treatment and lack of remorse. I explained to her that I didn’t even live in the area and I drove far because customer service told me I could. She didn’t care. I have proof that customer service told me that I could. Never shop here if you want good customer service.
