I drove an hour to this store after speaking to customer service about a defective device I received. When I got to the Best Buy the individual that maybe was a manager was rude to me. After 5-10 minutes of waiting, she told me I was unable to return it there and needed to go to the Apple Store. What if I didn’t mention the defective part of the device? What hurt most was the treatment and lack of remorse. I explained to her that I didn’t even live in the area and I drove far because customer service told me I could. She didn’t care. I have proof that customer service told me that I could. Never shop here if you want good customer service.

This place is a MESS. If you have the option please don't waste your time even going there. No one knows what they're doing. They allow people to set up accounts in other people's name and take out credit without checking anything. If you are unfortunate enough to get a credit card through them it will take forever for your card to arrive in the mail and they will still expect you to pay by linking your BANK account. NEVER DO THIS. Seriously this has been the WORST experience I have ever had trying pay what I owe after dealing with the utter incompetence that is their staff. I will NEVER step foot in there and make sure I tell everyone how incredibly stupid things are handled there. No wonder stores like that are going out of business.
