Highly disappointed this has been my fourth attempt to get my screen repaired, first time i went to the harrisburg office, because i had a crack screen well guess what, one they didn’t tell you everything you need to do pior to bring your phone. So wasted a day and had to het in contact with apple to get this taken care of took over 10 days.l to fix my sign in error, come to this store after all that said and done, soeak to a rep from geek squars name erin who then told me well they can replace my screen, they have to order me a whole new replacement, so another waste of a day because it took more than an hr to speak to anyone, she insured me that ok i pay now, when i get the call to just come to the counter they take my phone right away and get it started, well came here seen the same rep whos like i have to now wait again, she handing other ppl. I said all you said was for me to come in and they taken my phone to start the process of the transfer, well guess who still here waiting, me the worse customer service possible, next time i just rather go to the apple store. Im sure the customer service is better. If i can give a 0 i would and thats based on experience alone, i get you dont got time to help but to push someone away and then say one thing and do another is frustrating.

Confirmed a delivery day and appointment time only to reschedule my delivery the day before without notice. The new delivery was set for a month out. Lowes had what I needed.
