Place has no common courtesy. They say that they're Geek Squad had no available appointment but no one ask desk then they could have helped me with a simple insurance replacement. They sent me to harrisburg for a appointment say they could possibly get you a phone today and I got nothing just paperwork for a new phone coming to my house in two days. Just a waste of my day I'm so pissed I guess I'm not going here again find another one to help you.
