Geek squad home appointments needs tweaking! 3 text from them setting everything up and no show! Phone call fro me and was given a time, waited for them all day NO SHOW. 2stars for the merchandise.

If you want to waste an evening, try calling best buy to change information on your pickup order. You'll be bounced around robot voices from 2010, call center agents that barely speak English and try to guide you to the website (that you told them you're already at), the extentions of different departments that are closed and automatically hang up the call, and absolutely no one that's actually working in the physical location that you directly called. My issue would have been simply resolved by talking to someone behind the counter for 10 seconds. This is not my only gripe with best buy as a company. I hope to see microcenter take over your market share so your big blue scam shack can finaly burn.
