I ordered a 75 inch Samsung TV from Best Buy. It took 3 different calls to receive my TV delivery. One my mistake and one never showed up and the third my old TV was left and the wires hanging down from TV looked like spaghetti. I paid to have old TV hauled away and for wires to be enclosed in our wall. I was told I would be called by 3rd to enclose wires but never heard from them. In addition when called to set up the appointment to schedule the 3rd party their phone number was disconnected. I will never buy a large item from Best buy. They do not do what they say there going to do in a timely manner and hang up on you when you try and find out what is going on after waiting for hours on the phone. Qualified buy. Connie T.

First time going to best buy since they invented led flat screens, and the absolute puttz working the cell phone section sold me a 2024 motorola razr, swearing how "this one has an SD card slot". ... The children you hire don't know the difference between a sim and an SD card apparently bc there ISNT one , NOR will I pay a restocking fee for your associates mistake. Horrible underpaid service, bait and switch tactics, and just hoping you're too desperate to go anywhere cheaper; are the only reasons best buy still exists.

We went in to purchase a new LG TV. The help we received was above and beyond what we expected from our salesman, Rhys. He helped us find what was right for us without being pushy. He answered questions patiently and thoroughly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
