I’m very disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I purchased a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Watch, but unfortunately it had a serious defect from the beginning. The touchscreen was freezing and the battery was lasting less than 4 hours.
I brought the watch back to Best Buy expecting them to help me with an exchange or repair. Instead, I was told to contact Samsung directly and that they could not help me.
I bought the watch from Best Buy, not directly from Samsung, so I expected much better customer service and support. Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I spent at least 30 minutes looking at dishwashers and stoves today. Not a single sales person to be found. We left and bought both at Home Depot an hour later where we were greeted by a knowledgeable sales associate within 1 minute.
