Purchased a printer sunday jan 11,2026
Got home and discovered I needed to purchase printer,scanner,copier
Went back Monday jan 12,2026
Went to front desk salesman very helpful
Told me to go back to the printer dept
Where I was met by AMAL-salesman
I told him my incorrect purchase he explained in detail to me the best priced copier for what I needed i kept asking questions to make sure I was getting correct purchase he was very patient with me and assured me I was making correct purchase
AMAL took me to checkout and I got a $48
Credit because this purchase was on sale.
I wish all salesman treated you like AMAL
Treated me,he was awesome
Give him a raise people today dont care

They know they don't need 'customers'.
Service is a foreign concept that the staff have difficulty to grasp. All they're interested in is just impart you with your money.
Oh well, I guess that's what they need to survive.
went in to see the geek squad about my motherboard repair. guy basically said “what do you want me to do about it” and was very dismissive and rude. didn’t offer any help, just to find someone else to do it. not impressed.
