The staff is great, however the cellular rep kept bothering us. (I'm pretty sure he wasn't a best buy staff member.)When we said we were not there for phones, he insisted on pushing to attempt to sell to AT&T service.

My wife and I purchased on 9/5 a 65" Samsung TV for my out of town son's birthday on 9/7. We were going to have him pick it up but the store convinced him it would be in his best interest to let them deliver and told him it would be delivered to him on 9/11. Best Buy called him to let him know that the route was overloaded at 2pm and they were NOT going to be able to deliver the TV. Any person reading this knows how this makes everyone in this story feel. This is EXACTLY why Best Buy is losing to Amazon. This is not the first time Best Buy has burned me but it will be the last time. My son will go and pick this up on Tuesday 9/15 when it is available for pick up in the store. Amazon has really spoiled us and we are used to getting things quickly. Times are changing and any company that competes with Amazon better either beat them on price or match their service and price. This is not acceptable. Also, loading 65" TV's on delivery vehicles and hoping they get it delivered is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PLAN. TV's get damaged riding around all day. Any one that has worked in a delivery or trucking capacity will see this for what it is- poor management of the delivery end of the business. This is a store problem. I am basically writing this to make myself feel better- I doubt this will be read. If I do get a response it better not be AI !
