Well, my printer died. It had a paper jam so I took it to the geek squad because I have Total Tech. Poor Jesse worked on it for about half an hour or 45 minutes. He finally got the paper out with tweezers but we syrmised that it was a mechanical problem that caused the issue. It's 4 years old, so it just didnt make it. I'm just so thankful and impressed with Jesse for trying so hard to save it. He surely went the extra mile.

Expensive, with unhelpful staff without technical knowledge. They seem to care more about selling credit cards than actually finding tech-centric solutions for things.
