Supervisor Brian would not stop pushing the best buy credit card or the pro membership, after declining multiple times. Incredibly uncomfortable situation. Then after ringing me up, I ask for a bag and he helps another customer instead, never got a bag.
I bought a Canon, All-in-one laser printer and drove to pick it up. I called when I arrived and they brought it out to my car. It was a quick painless experience. I highly recommend the pick up service. Drive up, text that you are there
and they put it in your vehicle. Eight minutes and back on the road.
I bought my children both stereos and backup cameras for their cars for Christmas. I was assured before I walked out of the store that the stereos had Apple car play and would work in my kids cars. My daughter scheduled her install and we got a call. The stereo that they sold me did not have Apple car play. The install person was wonderful and fixed the issue. I was assured that the install for my son would go smoothly and they had the new stereo ready to go. I just got here and they said that if I wanted the backup camera installed I would have to come back, that I never purchased the backup camera install. This is the worst customer experience ever. I expected better. This is not Best Buy… this is Worst Buy
