It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at a physical Best Buy store. I’m interested in an open-box item, but I live three hours away and need more information before making the trip. Unfortunately, the call center was not helpful—they simply pushed me to order the item online and return it if it wasn’t what I wanted, which is not a practical solution for my situation. I even visited a nearby store to see if they could assist, only to learn that store managers are not allowed to contact other locations. If obtaining basic product information is this challenging, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to resolve an issue after making a purchase. It’s disappointing to see how much Best Buy’s customer service has declined.
