Hi. Purchased an “Open Box – Excellent” item online from this Best Buy, and it arrived damaged and clearly not in excellent condition. The noted condition was completely misleading.
To make things worse, I had to drive nearly 120 miles round trip just to return it in person to the nearest store. Between gas, time, and inconvenience, this ended up costing me money on top of an already frustrating experience.
Very disappointed with the quality control and how open-box items are being graded.

The staff were all very friendly. Only issue we had is the galaxy watch we bought didn't come with a charger and they really didn't offer to fix the situation.

Would not recommend scheduling an install for electronics at this location. It’s astonishing how disorganized the customer service team is. We ended up canceling one of our orders due to delays and inconsistent communication.
