Other than the salesman selling us a TV all other staff members were unhelpful. We were sold an open box TV that was completely inoperable. Upon our return trip staff had two of us struggle to carry the broken TV back into the store without any offer of help. After which we were told to wait in line while we were skipped over multiple times. I've dealt with many Bestbuy stores in the past and never had an experience remotely related to this. I can not recommend this location. I prefer to travel double the distance to others.

Purchased a samsung refrigerator from best but Montgomery ville store 2 years ago called to schedule for repairs... took a day off because I was given a window from 7am 7pm....waited half the day for the repair man to come and tell me I would be charged if he touches my refrigerator. What I was told while scheduling my appointment I had a warranty and everything would be fine In which everything was not fine...I would never ever spend another hard earned penny at best buy any location ever again!
