Purchased dishwasher at Best Buy with installation. When installer arrived he stated he could not install unless they added a valve under the sink (water line to dishwasher is not under sink) at a cost of over $200.00. Our dish washer has a dedicated line with a dedicated shutoff valve. Installer stated that did not matter. Called best buy on phone over hour was assured they would send a different installer and it would be installed with out the addition on new/additional valve. Took day off from work same installer showed up, same deal can not install unless valve is installed. On phone with Best Buy for over an hour finally spoke to a rep that stated that the customer service folk from the Philippines should not have promised it could be installed with out valve installed. Wasted two days and still need to buy a dishwasher but not at Best Buy. Since this is Best Buy policy it should best advised prior to sale. Its not the best price if add $200.00 makes me wonder what the next to add on.
