Very bad home service for the additional three years. I made two consecutive appointments. I sat at the door with the door open and waited for 4 hours without seeing GEEK SQUAD come to maintain the dryer. The third appointment is for April 8th. The entire family was left without a dryer, which wasted another two days. Contact customer service and you can't send the dryer to BESTBUY for maintenance. In an endless loop, I kept calling to make an appointment, waiting at home, and never saw the maintenance staff show up.
Can the general manager of BESTBUY see this comment?
