I was dreading getting a new phone because in the past the process has always been a nightmare. With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!
