Awful customer service from one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of doing buisness with. Their in store stock is innacurate, do not risk placing online orders if you have any kind of time sensitive order.
They have no way of being called so good luck knowing if the order is correct or ready without lugging yourself to this awful corner of the city. Staff were rude and unhelpful and phone customer service was worse, and had incorrect info.
A 1 hour pickup turned into a 3 day estimate and they charged us thousands of dollars that couldn't be refunded for days despite the whole thing being due to their own extreme incompetence.
Worst shopping experience of my entire life.

I generally have good experiences at this location. Yesterday, however, was not one of them. Cashier Becky get some people skills! Get refresher training in customer service. It's okay to make eye contact and smile. These things go a long way in giving a customer a great experience.
