So I am starting a new job and need a laptop. My car was iced in, so I ordered same day delivery for the laptop. Long story short, I never recieved the laptop. I have provided pictures proving that they did not deliver to my house (as shown in the photos below). On Feb 7, I was promised a refund within 72 business hours. It is now Feb. 18 and no refund. Everytime I contact them, I am told I will get it within 72 business hours (3 days). As I post this, we are at business hours 178.
And FYI: the delivery service is Roadie. They no longer answer calls from me.
Luckily, the contract company stepped in and provided a laptop. Otherwise, I would have been 7.6 days without pay on top of the loss of money from "misdelivered" laptop.

I frequently go to this particular store for my electronic needs. I’ve purchased Many items from this store. Most of the time Staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Jamana help us this last time. She was friendly and answered all our questions.
The store was not very well stocked in the PC section, and they were over staffed with sales people, resulting in getting checked in on way too frequently. While browsing games in the PlayStation area, one roving AT&T sales person and his trainee would not leave me alone after I politely declined and rudely insisted on prying my phone details out of me and trying sign me on a mobile plan on the spot. This was over one minute of me saying "no, I'm happy and not changing plans" and him interrupting me and assembling an offer on his tablet. I just wanted to browse games, but his badgering drove me out of the store.
