So I am starting a new job and need a laptop. My car was iced in, so I ordered same day delivery for the laptop. Long story short, I never recieved the laptop. I have provided pictures proving that they did not deliver to my house (as shown in the photos below). On Feb 7, I was promised a refund within 72 business hours. It is now Feb. 18 and no refund. Everytime I contact them, I am told I will get it within 72 business hours (3 days). As I post this, we are at business hours 178.
And FYI: the delivery service is Roadie. They no longer answer calls from me.
Luckily, the contract company stepped in and provided a laptop. Otherwise, I would have been 7.6 days without pay on top of the loss of money from "misdelivered" laptop.

Once waited on, got everything I came for, plus a bargain or two. Great experience especially when sales are going on and I like the fact they let you look around before bum rushing you like most other stores do. A+ Service, Goods and overall experience.
they got a wide variety of useful electronics and accessories as any best buy does but they don’t price match against their own sales from previous days. all of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable though. shoutout to them!
I frequently go to this particular store for my electronic needs. I’ve purchased Many items from this store. Most of the time Staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Jamana help us this last time. She was friendly and answered all our questions.
