This Best Buy takes zero accountability. Their app is horrible. I made an order online at 1030p at night, when I tried to adjust the order 1 min after making the order, I could not through the app. Why was that ? I wait until morning since maybe it needs to update (remind it is 1030pm and i just made the order. This should have been my window to adjust) and now it is being shipped with no windows of time of me being able to adjust the shipping information. Ughh okay?? I chose the South Philly location (they eventually tell me that doesn't matter). When I went to the store, somehow their staff was more useless. I speak to the manager and tell them that their 50" tv is likely to get stolen when left on the step with no one home. Can you believe they did not care? They did not care about that at all. Didn't even reach out to the Harrisburg store to help me in resolving my issue further after IDENTIFYING the store it is being shipped out of. These guys were useless. Had no explanation and said it is handled in the corporate office. Are you crazy? That is the only reason I came there. I spoke to corporate at 1030am and they told me it would not be shipped until the morning and that I could go into the store (she never even confirmed the store!!). So they are even worse at their jobs, got it. You are dealing with people first hand and don't have a process (which I asked for several times. What is the process in this case?)? 2 thumbs down. And this is the Best Buy that I am stuck with, unfortunately.

Terrible store, worse online shopping experience. Got delivered broken TV twice! This is after I made sure they knew after the first time.
