I've never had a worse experience buying products from a company in my entire life than what transpired with Best Buy. I ordered a new TV, mount and speaker system spending nearly $5k with this company. My delivery was rescheduled seven different times, the last of which was supposed to occur on 7/4 (it never came and I wasted a holiday at home waiting for nothing, never even received a call). My order was even erroneously canceled by Best Buy at one point and they blamed it on me (when I explained how it literally could not have been me, they changed the explanation to it being a system error). Calling their customer service line is an absolute joke. I'm nearly convinced that their customer service reps get paid to actively NOT help you. The executive support team was slightly better, but ultimately was no help at all. I eventually canceled my order and bought from a competitor. I'm disgusted with this company and I will never buy another product from them. Do better.

Where the squad? Should be 2 or 3 ppl working to get services a lot faster!

Great experience. Clean and neat store. Ordered online and had easy flawless curbside pick up. The staff greeting was on point. They were helpful and knowledgeable making sure everything was secure and put away properly. I would definitely recommend this location for what you might need. It's a great team of people keeping things smooth. Awesome.
