My go to for electronics. But try Best Buy Outlets if possible to achieve a much lower price on popular device's.
What a different from south philadelphia.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. There were a lot of employees walking around, but none of them seemed interested in helping customers. I waited a long time to get assistance and still couldn’t get the help I needed. The service was slow and overall the experience was very unpleasant. At this point, I would rather go anywhere else than return to this store, and I will not be coming back.
I would like to share feedback about my recent visit to Best Buy. Unfortunately, the cashier was not friendly, did not greet me, did not smile, and spoke in a rude manner. In addition, the line was very long, and the cashier was working extremely slowly, which caused a long wait. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service.
