I wonder how these stores are still able to function with how bad they are. Their customer service is horrible. How do you buy a TV and never get it. They keep rescheduling because of how lousy they are. I hate hate this store and they don't have what it takes to stay open. Shut it down

Alot can change within a month. This Bestbuy looks like a ghost town now. Barely any customers here and I still couldn't get help until 30 mins later. Only 1 worker tried his best to help me. The other just tells me to go to customer service like I understand you're stocking but it's in your job title to also help customers smh. One worker told me to look at this isle, that isle and then come back to him but he instead helped someone else and just brushed me off. Hired more workers with customer service and update your inventory so we know if it's in stock or not. How did this location became like this???
