Still, the worst buy because they're the only competition in town. Prices are absurd and above all other online vendors - it's consistently a crap experience. Great and knowledgeable staff, never a knock on people doing their job. Just, corporate managed nightmare focused on extracting more on the same products when Newegg is just better in every way. The computer prices are always higher than even direct from Dell. I will not be returning to any location in the area. Instead, I'll take a drive to Microcenter in Ohio. Go elsewhere for appliances, too; the prices are high for them.
