Took my grandaughter to purchase I pad.
Wanted certain color. Worker says there is 1 in stock. Took 15 20 minutes to say he cant find it. We'll you know what, that's not good enough, if it was for me I would of said forget it but since it was for her I let it go. She had to settle for different color.
At least he could have found when he could get right one instead just being lazy and bringing out wrong one. Or offered an option like a case for it.
Come on do better people.
