It’s actually a really nice store, but I don’t like the staff. I had 3 bad encounters with 4 different employees, so it’s definitely a management issue.
The first bad encounter was when I was picking up my Nintendo Switch 2 Online pre-order. When checking out the Best Buy employee kept pushing me to sign up for the “store card” So I could get a $50 reward. I asked if it was a credit card and he said “no”. But I knew he was lying because my stores have credit cards sign-up deals like this. He told me I could cancel anytime, but I honestly was not interested credit card. I don’t think most people are interested in signing up for new credit cards. He kept pushing me and I asked him to please stop.
The next bad encounter: I was looking at a new laptop, and an AT&T guy came over to ask me about my cell plan. I’m not really sure why I was being bothered about signing up for a new cell plan whenever I’m clearly looking for a new laptop. I don’t like my time being wasted.
Whenever I was going to make the purchase of the laptop I was looking at, the employees kept pushing the credit card again on me. They asked me at least twice whenever I was looking at the laptop. And kept pushing the 10% reward. Saying things like, “why wouldn’t you want a free $80?” and “you can cancel it whenever” And during checkout, he kept pushing it 7 more times. no means no. I could tell that the employees were getting visibly frustrated with me Declining signing up for a credit card.
I don’t shop at Best Buy enough to sign for a credit card. I already have more than enough credit cards that have benefits that suit my needs. I don’t want to affect my credit with having another card on my record, nor do I want the opening and closure of the credit card to negatively impact my credit score Just for $80.

Clean nice store, tons of staff good environment
Went in for an IPad and was approached by an Att salesman. He totally ignored what I wanted and basically tried to bully me into pulling up my account so he can “save me money.” The place was giving used car lot vibes. When that says was over, it was tough to find a salesperson to sell me a tablet.
