Needed a usbc with good data capacity and a usb a extension. They had both in store. When I walked in I was greeted and asked where to find the cables. They pointed me in the right direction and called for someone to help. The usb cables are in like 4 different areas but we did find exactly what I needed.

I specifically asked when purchasing my new lap top 4 days ago that I need Microsoft 365 for work. I was assured by the salesman that it was included with my purchase. That was a lie. And when I called to ask, both the chat person and live person I spoke with were rude and dismissive. Don’t trust anything they tell you it’s all lies.
