They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Returns and exchanges are super easy.
Nobody could be bothered to actually give a shit. Every interaction seemed contrived. Ben was literally the only saving grace of the store. A whole star just for him. Please avoid this fluorescent liminal hell if you can.

The store itself is great, and I really enjoy browsing the new technology. Being greeted when I walk in is nice, but being approached repeatedly becomes overwhelming to the point where it takes away from the experience. If I needed help, I would have asked. I’d love to come back and look around again, but for now I’ll probably just browse online instead and not be asked 6 plus times if I need help.

I know what I need when it comes to computers, so when the kid asked me what I was looking for he showed me where those machines were, I was leaning towards one and he pointed me to an option that had more to offer at a cheaper price. Exactly what I needed at a critical time
