We bought a big TV and the recommended TV wall mount. We had planned on picking it up and taking it home ourselves, however the manager explained that the TV needed to be transported upright and could not be laid down. I was not aware of this and thought it go in my large suv. The manager then let us know they would deliver it for free. Over all great people and fantastic customer service.
Bought a new 85 inch TV with wall mount, sound bar and Geek Squad installation. 1600 OTD. Had to wait a week for install, No problem…Then I get No call or text or anything the evening before install date for my “time window” So I call them. Notify me my apt was cancelled without ever even letting me know prior. Advised me I would have to wait another week for install after I sold my current tv. No Thx! I’ll take my money elsewhere. Salesman was fantastic Though!
This is my second time here & I just have to say Nick is absolutely fantastic. The first time I came he was the only one able to install my dash cam, I had been to another Best Buy & they didn’t know how to install, thankfully Nick did!! He’s incredibly smart, nice, & patient. He really takes the time to explain everything to you & takes great care of my car; I don’t have to worry about scratches, animal hair, or anything!! I made sure to get him again this second time around, I don’t trust anyone else honestly; especially since the first guy at a dif location was vaping while working on my car which is absolutely ridiculous/unprofessional. Anyways, awesome guy, he deserves to be manager & get a raise!! Thank you Nick for everything!! Definitely worth driving 1.5 hours for you!

When I call the store I am not looking to talk to AI that cannot help me and wont transfer me. Using AI is a ridiculous waste of time and disgusting towards humanity.
