Always helpful staff. Never a problem. Friendly people just wish prices weren't so high on the items
I spent $50 on ink for my hp 4100 series printer, at the Best Buy west mifflin location! brought it home and it didn’t work, I kept the receipt and brought it back to the store the next day, the manager told me I could not exchange it, they could not refund nor give a gift card because the ink box was opened! I was HOT, never shopping at Best Buy ever again in my life!

Hi, Asha,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can understand wanting clarity on our Return & Exchange Promise.
Please note that consumable items, such as ink, is nonreturnable once opened.

Good service and selection. Good options to buy online and pick up in store. Great price matching program.

Since Best Buy has jumped on the AI customer service bandwagon, and decided that customers cannot contact stores, or humans directly, I have decided that I will spend my money somewhere else. I go to a store where things are supposed to be in stock - the online inventory doesn't match the store. I try to call the other stores before driving around like a crazy person - I can't talk to anyone. "But I (the AI) can tell you if something is in stock!". If you could, I wouldn't be at a store where you don't have something I need that your website said you had. And this not the first... or the second... time this has happened. I am a big proponent of AI, but only if it is used wisely - and this is not wise.
