Absolutely terrible geek squad…please stay away for any type of repairs. Stripped my security bolts on iPhone 13 Pro Max left a bolt half out and had to go to apple and buy brand new iPhone for 1000$. STAY AWAY THEY WILL NOT HELP
After dealing with someone named Jacob for about a week got the same excuse that “they stripped the bolts and there is nothing they will do”…DO NOT COME TO THIS BEST BUY THEY ARE THE WORST AND WILL DESTROY YOUR PHONE
