I usually buy from here. No issues. I went in to buy a laptop so I can stay connected while on the job as I travel for work. Not a soul was working in laptops, which is fine. What isn't fine is approaching the front desk and asking the guy that was working if anyone was working over there. He says when hes done he will send someone over, as he goes back to talking to another employee. I waited for over 30 minutes and not a single person came over. I left and he said to have a good day without looking up from his phone.
Im sorry, but I did customer service for 8 years and if I did that, id have been written up... I wish I got names.
Terrible customer service bought an open box excellent condition item the had dirt and earwax all over them and didnt include the correct rubber tips.
