ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Went in today hoping to purchase a flash drive and have Geek Squad transfer medical records from a CD onto it (I don’t own a CD reader). I assumed they would perform this task as a courtesy for buying the flash drive (or at least at a super low price) because I was asking for LITERALLY 30 seconds of their time.
This man tried to quote me $100 for 30 seconds of work! The only people falling for that are people who don’t know any better. The guy tried to write it off as a “flat rate” as if that explains anything.
There is no possible way you can justify that price. YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS WHO DONT KNOW ANY BETTER.
