Came by for an online order I made. Figured id check our the cards didnt see what I was looking for when I spoke with Dave. Nice gentleman walked me over an found the product i wanted. Him an guy named Matt who was from another store helping out checked me out. Really good customer service!

One guy help me out looking for a kindle case. Great service. As I browsed around I went to the phones because I need a new one. The African American Gentlemen wearing an At&t shirt. Come up to me an is trying to make me sign up for a Samsung phone that's 1000.00 bucks. Like I just wanna look at this phone that cost 129.99. told him 4 times no. An wouldn't leave me alone an even asked for my ID. I just walked out an didn't buy anything. Don't force customer to buy items they don't want or need young buck. That's how you lose business. Even told the guy I work in retail sales. An he still wouldn't stop. Just an overall bad experience in the phone department. I will not be returning.

Came to purchase 7 day trial of Mint Mobile (physical SIM card) and Mint compatible phone. They had everything I needed and the activation process went quickly. One of the two employees who assisted me was knowledgeable. The other must have been newly hired. Otherwise, good experience.
