I went for a curb side pick up. I waited less than 5 minutes. The 2 gentlemen came out and loaded the box. Definitely fast service with very polite employees.

Was looking at computers for my son, and an employee approached me asking if I needed help. I asked if they had detailed specs for a computer. His reply was as comical as it was infuriating. He said "It's right here" then pointed to the tag with the basic info on it. Then proceeded to read it to me. I laughed and told him I'm good he immediately realized how it came off and started apologizing. Best Buy's website is only slightly better. I had to go to the site, look at the model, and search for info on it on another website.
