My hubby went into this location to get a battery for his IPhone 13 mini almost 2 months ago. Hubby called store for a status update but apparently phones aren’t answered anymore? I guess you have to stop by the store to get answers and help? Hubby isn’t driving there only to find out the status of the ordered battery. A phone call should at least been made to the customer but zero contact from the store. And again, it’s not like you can easily (or not) get a store employee to answer the phones.
So yeah, almost 2 months and zero contact from the store. I know it doesn’t take almost 2 months to get a battery in the store, special ordered or not.
That’s okay. We went somewhere else and just bought a new phone. Sorry you lost out on that sale.
By the way, the employee was heavily encouraging us to go to the Apple Store instead. Is that a common practice to just send customers away?
Not busy when we went. It took 20 minutes to pin down an employee to ask them a question. We were pretty much ignored walking through the store looking. We needed an ac/dc adapter 12v. They were not in the aisle that said "chargers". They were over in another area toward appliances. Dumb! We really did look around in a confused state for 20 minutes before we pinned down an employee who showed us in less than 30 seconds. But it was a big trouble just getting aomeone and then have them pause to hear us for a second. At checkout, a trio was buying a macbook. He went through so many questions at the register. That is not the time. It took another 20 minutes or so as we waited to buy a charger. So we were there for 40 minutes or more for a simple thing and before you think its good so we would walk and look to buy more things, it did the exact opposite. No one wants to look around and buy after feeling so off put and ignored or like you're hassling employees who are paid to serve.
Can't call the store anymore for anything. Gotta make the trip and hope you connect with someone who can take care of you. Support number is a bad joke. Pray they don't make a mistake. There is no more escalation, no matter the issue.
