Can’t be just me. This store has issues with their electricity and systems in general. Twice now I’ve been in here during an episode. Once for a false fire alarm and another time for faulty electric. Both with flashing strobes and once with alarms blaring. For a tech store, you’d think they could figure this out so they can just hold a normal business day.
Both times more than an hour of my time was wasted.
I unexpectedly needed a new stove. I had narrowed it down to 2 options. I went to Best Buy I Collegeville but they didn't have the selections on the floor to see in person. They suggested i go to to the store in Plymouth Meeting. Enter Tina Gordon! She was so knowledgeable. (I believe she said she was at Best Buy for 10 years!) She assisted me with deciding which stove (with a double oven) would best work as a replacement and upgrade. She was so helpful, I asked for her specifically when I unexpectedly needed a dishwasher this week. I already had narrowed it down to 2 options. Tina once again helped me decide which one. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. So if you find yourself in need of a kitchen appliance, seek out Tina at Best Buy in Plymouth Meeting!!
They tried to help me but they didn't have what I needed
