My husband and I had a Tv that we had doordashed (believe us, this was not our first choice) anyhoo it was a nightmare to return, but not because of BestBuy! Door dash had returned the tv already (even though we still had it and had not received any money, then door dash didn't give us the most recent receipt. So anyways long story short our order was a mess in their system.
Back to present day, this employee named Andrew was literally our savior. He went up and above for us, helped us get this tv returned beyond what was expected.
Thank you Andrew, you were really cool and made a very stressful day better for us
On December 7, 2025, my father and I visited the Chemical Road location. The couple in front of us were greeted upon entry and asked if they needed help (they turned down the help). My father and I weren’t greeted nor were we asked if we needed any assistance.
While in the appliance department, in hopes of purchasing a new clothes dryer and vertical deep freezer, in full that same day, I saw an associate ask the same couple that were greeted ahead of us if they needed any help, in which they said yes. They were told by the associate that he would send someone over to them. I had my arms up in the air so that the associate would know that I needed assistance as well, but he walked off.
Finally after spending about 15 minutes in a store with more sales associates than customers, I told my father that we should leave. As we were walking out the front door exits, we saw at least 7 sales associates, and a manager lazing about and laughing. Only then were we asked if we needed assistance. We told them we should’ve been asked for help when we were seeking it. We also told them that someone would’ve had a nice commission because we came to purchase a clothes dryer and a stand-up deep freezer in full that day.
My father and I left the Chemical Road location believing it was our melanated appearance that got in the way of that, even though the manager was melanated. My father is a recently retired professor at one of the top medical schools in the country and to treated like a second class citizen was disappointing. Teach your employees to not judge a book by its cover.

Horrible experience at this location and this store needs to be shut down customer service sucks and there is never no manager around who runs this store?
