I walked in the Best Buy store for 20 minutes and not one sales consultant came to me and ask I needed help.There were more sales consultant at the register. I was in there to buy a 55 inch tv..When I walking oout the guy in front thank you coming in. I ended up buying it from the BJ whole cub instead because I had someone came and help me. I thought Best Buy was know for good customer service I see it’s not.

I’ll start by saying every time I visit this location I can never get any help from someone working, it’s either this isn’t my department or let me grab someone and never comes. Today I walked in and the greeter was nice and spoke, I stood around TV section for 15 minutes with no help. I asked an employee who I saw walking by if he could grab someone for me, and said yes waited another 10 minutes and nothing. The one employee just kept looking at me wondering around trying get assistance, meanwhile started helping two other customers. I come to this location because it’s close and am willing to spend money but always leave feeling like they don’t value my business. Also, this location is never well stocked with product. I much prefer the Montgomeryville or Willow Grove location like I have been shopping at for the last 15+ years
