The cashiers are scamming people. I bought an item with a Best Buy gift card offer. The cashier refused to honor the offer and said it was no longer available. During checkout, the cashier scanned a gift card and wouldn't give it to me. They are keeping the gift cards for themselves. Terrible experience.

Really awesome store for electronic and gadget needs! Nothing beats the customer service offered by humans compared to online stores. Physical stores are here for long, in conjunction with online offerings in future.

I’m only writing this review from an online shoppers perspective. I ordered every item online and everything was delivered to my home.
Most of the time items are shipped with roadie, which is great because they have live tracking and quick delivery times. All items are packed well and handled with care!
I really like using Best Buy to purchase everything online because I’m able to use PayPal at checkout. PayPal pay in 4 is a great option for all of my gaming needs!
I’ve ordered a TV, several gaming systems, and many gaming accessories. I believe it’d be around two dozen items over the past couple years!
I still opt to use Best Buy first for most of my gaming needs and I’ll continue to do so as long as the process is easy with great results
