This geek Squad keeps rescuing me. I am a total connect member, I think that's what they call it, and they have fixed my laptops, confused programming on my phones, a printer, the place is just great.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy on Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. In April 2025, I bought a GE 50 Pint Dehumidifier. The unit has a one year warranty. 10 days ago it began to malfunction, because of a defective Humidity sensor, according to the troubleshooting done with GE. I took the unit back to Bestbuy to exchange it for another. I was told it was "out of policy", meaning, when I bought it..I not only needed a factory warranty from GE, but also needed to buy a coverage policy from Bestbuy, in order for Bestbuy to honor the GE warranty. Bestbuy is the dealer/retailer of GE, yet they only want to stand behind the product if you agree to a shakedown in advance. Abhorrent business practices. Bestbuy could be buying these units in lots from GE, warehousing, storing, shipping and stocking these units all over the USA. They can be affecting the quality of the units delivered in their own supply chain. Yet, Bestbuy will not honor an explicit manufactures warranty. A scam. I spoke with Alejandro at customer service, he needed a manager. It took half an hour to get attention from a Manager, Curtis, who quickly dismissed the issue. I will never enter a Bestbuy again. A terrible business and a terrible business experience.
