After a horrible experience with a price match online never do by the way. They told me the price match was approved and to purchase the item and they will issue a refund for the difference. So I did and they told me they issued the refund for the amount owed. After about a week of not receiving the refund I went to the online chat. They said they won't honor the price match even though it said it was approved and they sent the money. After a hour of going back and forth they pretty much said tuff luck you aren't getting the money. So I drove to this store. The staff was extremely polite and Andrew i believe he was the manager took care of the issue immediately. Was extremely knowledgeable and knows how to treat people not just me but overhearing him deal with other customers. Give the man a raise.
I ordered a laptop on Sunday 5/18 IN STORE. I was told it was delivered 5/20. It was not. I have called best buy and have been denied to be resent the laptop or a refund. They are suggesting i contact law enforcement and are refusing to escalate. I will never be a customer again. I just want what I paid for. I cant even speak to someone in the US and the call center is unable to do anything. I cannot believe the incompetence, the SCAM OF IT ALL, and the lack of accountability for best buy. Save yourself from this nightmare and never order anything from there.
