I bought an 85” TV. They had me scheduled to install it today from 7am-7pm. I took off work. Didn’t leave my house. I got an email that morning saying they would be there between 12-3. At 7pm, no one showed up. No call. Nothing. I had to finally call and they said they rescheduled me.
I’ll be getting my money back and never coming back. Terrible customer service.
