Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE.
Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250.
So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. Best Buy just lost a customer and 6-7,000 thousand dollars. Congrats.

Called the call center told me there was 5 left drove all the way from Pottstown for them not to have any!
