Rude associates. Won’t ever shop here again. I ordered an open box excellent condition Marshall speaker and when it arrived it was in a huge box with no packing material. It was damaged in several spots, obviously due to the poor packing. I took it here to return/exchange and the associate couldn’t have been more unsympathetic. I asked to help me replace it and instead of “hey we got some new ones over here” or “what can we help you find” I was basically told to leave because the manger who approved the return was too busy trying to get back to flirting with the girl working the phone section. Shopping Amazon from now on. Unbelievable

Terrible Experience at Best Buy Plymouth Meeting - Avoid at All Costs!
I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy, which turned out to be defective (yes, I even have a BSOD screenshot as proof). I contacted Best Buy’s online customer support, who seemed helpful at first and offered me a resolution: exchange the defective laptop for a working one.
However, when I arrived at the Plymouth Meeting store to get the issue resolved, I was met with nothing but resistance and dismissive attitudes. The staff outright told me that online customer support resolutions mean nothing to them. Instead, they expected me to return the laptop and pay an additional $700 for a new one! Seriously? If this store doesn't represent Best Buy's policies, why does it even carry the company’s name?
This is by far one of the worst Best Buy locations I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering shopping here, save yourself the headache and just order from places with better customer service, like Amazon or Newegg. They actually care about resolving issues without giving you the runaround.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Shop elsewhere.
