I bought a Bluetooth keyboard, and I was told by a young man in the department that I didn't need anything else to use it. I was concerned because I had always used a wired keyboard. When I got it home I discovered that the manual was all in Spanish and that it didn't work. I thought I needed a mini USB so I called the store and luckily got a young man who knew what he was doing. We finally got the keyboard to work wirelessly, but it took a very long time.

Best Buy? More like Worst Wait! I’m honestly baffled how Best Buy Plymouth Meeting stays in business. Maybe they just love playing an expensive game of "Hide and Seek" with my $10,000 fridge. Bought on January 9, delivery set for January 21. The night before, we get the usual "Get ready! It's coming!" text. So we heroically empty out our old fridge, ready to welcome the new one. Morning comes... plot twist! – we get a message saying our driveway is "too steep." Mind you, our driveway sees delivery trucks, oil trucks, and even my grandma’s 20-year-old sedan make it up just fine. But sure, the mighty Best Buy truck just couldn’t handle it. Our sales rep, Tina G., assures us someone will call to reschedule ASAP. Guess what? Nobody calls. I chase them down the next day, and they promise a smaller truck for January 27. Same routine: we empty the fridge the night before. And then... crickets. No fridge. No call. Nothing. Tina apologizes (again), says she’ll personally handle it (again), and schedules for February 6. February 5 rolls around, we get the usual "Get ready!" text. So, like clockwork, we play Tetris with our fridge contents. And then… you guessed it! Another "Oops! Warehouse mix-up!" message. At this point, I half expect Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I’m being punked. Trying to reach Tina now feels like trying to get a response from a magic 8-ball—"Try again later." Finally, I call customer service and cancel the order. But the saga isn't over! They refund it onto a Best Buy store credit card. So now my challenge is: how do I escape the Best Buy vortex and turn this store credit into actual money? (Because I definitely won’t be shopping here again.) Meanwhile, I ordered the same fridge from a small appliance store, and guess what? They will deliver it in 3 days. Moral of the story: if you can’t carry it out of the store yourself, don’t trust Best Buy to deliver it. 🚛❌
