Completely did EVERYTHING wrong for our condo in Norristown! Don't trust them they are the worst!!! We still haven't settled with them and they seem not to care about it. A complete joke look elsewhere!! Best Buy sent a response (Owner) had no clue about our problem at 710 Stonybrook Dr. in Norristown insulting, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and to say the least the WORST customer service as we trusted them with our purchase !!! Please don't respond to me with things that should have been done a month ago DO YOUR JOB the time we wasted even on vacation (3 hours on phone) dealing with the incompetent customer service, I can't understand the nonsense. See below owner's response: (*As a business owner you should be AWARE of this terrible and unacceptable service)
