Placed an order. Delivery never arrived. When tried to cancel the order, wax told I could not because it was already in the delivery que. Still at the store but ready for delivery. When? I was told to either wait all day for the delivery person and deny the delivery or return it to the store for a refund. Really!?? They never delivered it to me when promised. Now I can't cancel the order??? Wow, I'm challenging the charge on my card. I'm unable to wait for the delivery person because I work for a living and not to I have time to return it. That's why I had it delivered in the first place. Never again will I do business with Best Buy. If I could give a no star review I would. Hey Best Buy, if you want your items back, make an appointment and come pick them up at my residence.
Don not go here online in stocks are incorrect. They said that they can’t control their counts

Staff are amazing and greeted me when I entered. Another associate approached me to assist with a TV. He was very polite, rang me up, and delivered the TV to my truck. Super nice guy. They made it very easy for me.
