Alex got our phone quickly and efficiently. Nick Z., who set my phone up last time, was able to walk us through a problem we had when my phone broke and we temporarily transferred it to an old phone of ours before coming in for the new one. An absolutely seamless experience.... Faster than ordering it on Amazon! More reliable too :)

Disappointing Experience with Geek Squad I strongly advise against visiting Best Buy's Geek Squad for gaming PC support. My recent encounter was frustrating and unnecessary. All I needed was guidance on a simple software update for my brand-new gaming PC (purchased that same day!). Yet, the Geek Squad representative insisted on charging me $150 for a diagnostic test. This was absurd, considering: 1. My PC was newly purchased. 2. I only requested update instructions. The representative's upselling tactics felt pushy and misleading. I left feeling disappointed and with nothing but a return receipt.. Unresolved Issues - Lack of transparency about diagnostic test requirements - Unclear communication recommended i wish he/they would of done: 1. Provide clear, free guidance for basic updates. 2. Improve communication about additional services. 3. Train staff to prioritize customer needs. Until changes are made, I caution potential customers: beware of unnecessary charges, upselling, and very rude staff.

Customer service was extremely helpful and patient in helping download information from one device to another. It took a very long time due to needing upgrades etc. I will use this location in the future.
