Overall recommendation from salesperson was subpar. The soundbar recommended does not sound great at all. To late to return as I was trying to adjust it is past the return time frame and didn't have box anymore.

The local Best Buy store in Selinsgrove, PA is terrible. The customer service is non existent. When I asked a clerk for a certain item all he did was point towards an aisle in the store and told me if they had what I was looking for it would be somewhere over there. Told me he can’t guarantee me that they had what I needed. It just reminded me again why I use Amazon for 99 percent of all my purchases. Just another store that we will see filing bankruptcy in the future.
