Outstanding face to face customer service in the store. Tara was amazing in assisting me inquiring about car audio in stock on pre owned like new stock discount priced. That's my thing in any best buy store. And she was even able to assist in finding me a GM radio antenna adapter that best buy stocks locked up in the installation bay. Wonderful store always. Highly recommended! Great pricing on everything in the store.

Not what it was years ago. Most likely due to theft, most devices are untestable and some are missing. The store was overall clean and staff was friendly though.

Had a 75" tv delivered. The guys who made the delivery were great! Very informative and friendly.
After they left is when the problems started. Upon opening the package we found the entire screen damaged/ cracked in multiple places.
Spent more than an hour on the phone and being told the best they could do is pick up and deliver a replacement in 7 days! Try as I might to get a phone number to actually talk to the store mgr where the purchase was made. Apparently there isn't one! So in my opinion customer service is not just poor. It's pretty much non existent. Someone on India isn't going to be able to satisfy in this particular case. No one wants to wait for 7 days while their living room is in chaos, preparing for hanging the new TV on the wall.
We ended up finding a vehicle large enough to accommodate the size of the TV and returned it. Wasted nearly the whole day. Won't be purchasing from Best Buy in the near future!
