⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Best Buy! ⭐
I can’t thank Courtney and Ireland enough for helping me with my order!
Since the middle of September, I have spent countless hours dealing with Best Buy’s overseas customer service trying to resolve my issue. On October 20th, after yet another frustrating experience with customer service that got me absolutely nowhere, I finally decided to make the 40-minute drive to the store.
That’s when Courtney and Ireland stepped in, and what a difference they made! They didn’t give up, took the time to help me, and actually found my item. I walked out of that store one VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! ❤️
Courtney and Ireland are a perfect example of what customer service should be. They listened, cared, and stuck with the problem until it was resolved.
If I were Best Buy, I would seriously reconsider the need for overseas customer service and give customers the option to speak directly with the people at their local stores. Sometimes, all it takes is a real person who is willing to help!
