Product and ordering seems pretty decent. but when asking for something as simple as an invoice for record keeping, the call (to the local Best buy ) was directed to a call center out of the country. After over 40 minutes on the phone, there was no resolution except " go to the store and ask them to print one off". Also Best buy has been spamming the email ever since the order, but when I reply to the email. It appears to be unmonitored.

The most useless Best Buy I have ever stepped foot in! My husband bought a video game from a third-party seller on the Best Buy website, and when it arrived, the package was OPEN, the case was BROKEN, and the CD didn’t even work. We contacted the third party, and they told us the return had to go through Best Buy. Then Best Buy customer service told us to bring it to the store so they could “help” with the return.
So we wasted 25 minutes driving there, and the moment we arrived, they suddenly “couldn’t help us” and told us to call the third party instead. When I pressed the manager for answers, she actually let it slip that she “doesn’t have time” to look into the issue because it’s Black Friday. Once she realized how unprofessional that sounded, she tried to change her wording to “there’s nothing we can do.” Absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that, I was looking for indoor cameras and asked one of the salesmen for help. Instead of doing his job, he just pointed in a vague direction and said he doubted they even had it—instead of taking two seconds to check the store or their own app. Completely useless. I had to find another employee, Riley, who was decent enough to actually look it up for me.
In short: the store staff and especially the manager are completely unhelpful. Don’t waste your time going to this location. And I REALLY hope the manager who told me she “can’t look up the problem on Black Friday” sees this, because I am beyond pissed at the attitude, laziness, and absolute lack of customer service from her and her team.
Awesome staff, had a dude who was very patient with us while trying to figure out personal information. Now my man and I can game together more properly long distance :3
