STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! WE BOUGHT A DRYER LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. IT BROKE AND BEST BUY IS DOING NOTHING TO HELP US AND THE MANUFACTUERER IS EVEN WORSE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED DONT DO IT!!! Owners keep commenting to contact corporate but I have. A 15 day return policy on appliances is a predatory practice, this corporation does not care about customers STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DONT UNDERSTAND OUR FRUSTRATIONS AND THEY DONT CARE DESPITE THE PR RESPONSE THEY PUT OUT THERE!!!

Chad was super helpful in helping me pick out a new phone. It took a little bit for me to decide what all I wanted including case n stuff and he let me take my time and walked me through getting a best buy credit card. Super patient, super polite, I hope I see him whenever I stop in the store again! Other staff members were super helpful as well and courteous!

The employee that helped us was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked. Went for a simple phone for my grandmother and he answered all of our questions and hooked us up with the case and Screensaver as well. Great price for everything.
