Edit in response to the response I received: While I was actively in the store it said two of these watches were in stock. There were none behind the protected glass. In the app it also said that if I were to order one of the two watches for pickup, they'd be ready Tuesday, 3 days later. This isn't the first time this has happened. Why wait if it is readily available elsewhere.
Their online stock is always incorrect and they are always sold out of everything. Went in today looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, online it said there was 2 in stock of the size I wanted. I go in, there is none in stock. I asked for help and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait, that there are two people in line ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came. I placed a pickup order from Walmart on my phone and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous. I am a Best Buy Premium member and will be canceling.

Purchases can be done online to have a ready for pickup email or text, or to have items shipped to you if not available in store. Items can be sold at any time in store or online and what you see online may not be available by the time you reach the store. Do not buy anything from this business. They are not trustworthy. We ordered a tv in store on December 29th and scheduled delivery and install for January 7th. Yesterday when we hadn’t received any delivery window my husband called. We couldn’t get anyone from the store and had to speak to some call center in India. When we finally did get someone from the store, they assured us we would receive a text later that evening or the next morning. That evening he received a text that they would send him a message in the morning. In the morning he received a message that his item would receive a delivery window. Well it’s 11:00 am and no update. So he called India again who refused to transfer us to the local store. In the meantime though they tell us our item wouldn’t be delivered today because they couldn’t find a technician.
I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable. I took a day off from work because this was the delivery date that was set up 10 days ago! There should be no reason they couldn’t schedule a technician they had ten days to do it. And if they did in fact have issues then they should have been honest with us so I wouldn’t have to burn a vacation day. When you spend nearly 1500 dollars on tv plus install this service is utterly unacceptable. Do not. I repeat do not buy a tv from this sorry excuse of a business.

Bought-two computers both broken in two days and the manager offers me a refund and that’s all she can do. Wasn’t looking for a handout but a not even slight discount for having to return these “gaming pcs” is a joke
My brother in law has the geek squad warranty. We went into the store today to drop off his computer. They wouldnt accept it because he didn't have an appointment. All he wanted to do was drop it off. I would stay away from Best Buy. Horrible customer service :(
