Had some issues with an open box order but best buy ultimately made right of the situation.

Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even though I was there close to closing. The reason I enjoy Best Buy stores over online buying or Amazon is just the fact I can talk to someone who knows a lot about electronics before committing on something, and I appreciate it.
