The staff who are very helpful and friendly. The parking is great, and you can buy lots of electronics that you need. Most of my TV's and devices in my house came from this place.

Avoid purchasing from 3rd party salesperson for AT&T. They are clueless on how to operate the phones.Go up to the store by the vitamin shop in springfield and asked for Jeff .Avoid Best Buy like you are to avoid the plague. Unless you can figure out your purchase.These smart phones aren't for me. I despise this technology these days

I ordered a delivery from Best Buy - all 3 items were over $100 and the man who delivers for Best Buy literally threw the package on the step…. This will only allow me to attach a photo and not a video but I have the video from my ring camera

I ordered a device online and was told it would be delivered yesterday. The delivery service is through a third party I believe, it’s called roadie. The roadie tracking page was extremely confusing. It said the driver arrived to pickup and then said nothing else. At 8pm the driver cancelled and now Best Buy is telling me that it could be till November 10th that it arrives (two weeks from what it was supposed to be!) They also said that if there is no driver assigned today the order will be cancelled and I’ll be refunded. They’re saying two different things. SO I would opt to pick it up because Best Buy inefficiently uses this roadie service and it’s so so annoying. The customer service is also extremely confusing and lacks in effective communication. Definitely won’t be shipping anything anymore!
