How do I check product availability at the State College Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Be careful when buying things here after receiving help from their staff. We bought an Apple Pencil for my fiancés upcoming school year and asked to make sure we got a compatible version. We did not. The associate gave us incorrect information on the product which was an incorrect and incompatible model. We found out after the return window closed so now we can’t exchange it. Bad on us for trusting them implicitly and bad on them for readily offering incorrect information on a product. After calling to see what could be done they said they could do nothing because of the time of year and cited shrink around the holidays as their reason. Make sure you check yourself if products work or not. Don’t blindly trust the “experts”. First review I’ve ever written.Very disappointed with Best Buy.
