Bought two items off their website. Neither arrived and I was never able to get my refund. Can’t return in store so basically straight up scammed.

My bf and I had gone to this store to get some items for the house we needed and we asked a few young men for help. Im not usually a Karen but today I will be.
The first one was kind, I didnt catch his name but he was working hard.
The second was on his phone and couldn't have cared less on what I had asked, and didnt know what I was even asking for although he took us to a isle that was close enough we found what we were looking for.
The one that made me angry was Jaden. He was standing by the door and was upset that he had to stop talking to someone to check us out, he walked over and didnt say one thing to us. When we walked up he ignored us asking how he was doing, talked to his friend who walked up to the counter saying "last time I waited yall dipped out" or along those lines, didnt ask us if we were members, didnt ask us if we wanted a bag. Straight up anti social and disrespectful. I usually dont care but he looked me in the face, ignored me and continued his convo with his friend. Rude. If you cant work retail, dont.

We stopped in yesterday to purchase a phone, online. It showed that there was a discount with activation, and a salesperson confirmed that however we were not able to get into the account. Came in today to get everything sorted and purchase a new phone. The system was not showing the discount and our sales person got a manager to help, who then explained to him that we were ineligible for the discount. We then decided to not activate the phone. We also tried to purchase a pair of earbuds, and waited nearly an hour for somebody to find them and bring them over. Our salesperson had to leave, and said that one of the managers would be over to finish out the transaction. We waited for another 20 minutes for somebody to come help us, but ended up having to track down a salesperson ourselves. We had given up on the ear buds, bought the phone and left.
Our original salesman, Lil Spence was great. He was friendly and kind. We were very under impressed with the staff from yesterday and the others we interacted with today. Over all an incredibly poor experience and I will certainly hesitate to go back.
