Grate deals but if you go in good Fing luck if u need help there can be 10 ppl working and no one can help you or find someone to help . It's the worst store is a mess tvs sitting all around watch step or you will knock one down . If not for the amazing price I still bought my TV there I left the day I was gonna buy my TV but wasted a hour looking for help . Front door person gos out of her way to help so thank you . Price and who ever sits by doors is only reason ide ever go back there

I ordered a tv online, and it was ready for pickup in under an hour. I went to the store and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The Best Buy employee was friendly and knowledgeable. This was a very easy process.

I got my truck stereo installed here last month. I thought the guy seemed like he knew what he was doing. Install was done in 30mins, so either he did know or didn't. Well everytime I got out of the truck and then back in, I had to repair my phone. Simple Google search and when installing you need to install this $10 part with it. Call up and talked to him, and ask it he installed a microbypass, his answer was, what is a microbypass. I took it all apart and installed myself, plus discover he just crimped all the wires together.
