I would prefer to drive to Harrisburg Costco or Sam’s Club to buy appliances, electronics, or gaming systems. State College Best Buy has very poor and rude customer service. I have the Best Buy Plus account and don’t see the value in it. Had to send my 6 month old Switch2 out for repair, they mentioned on the phone to just drop in to pick it up. Got there and was told I have to wait in line. Each person in front of me had a 20minutes appointment. All while the door greeters were standing around.

Bought some extra Ethernet switches and powers strips for multiple computer station installs. Attempted to return 3 unused items. Was told I can only have a store credit since I am passed their “14 day return” policy. Pathetic! Wanted my money back! Not a store credit. Just another reason not to purchase here! Last monies I will ever spend there

It is absolutely impossible to reach anyone that works inside the store . If you would like to call quickly about availability you must wait on hold to get connected to a call center which wont understand your question .whats so expensive about having an on site employee answer the phone, if you want a real answer over the phone you have to escalate to upper management anyways .
