I went to Best Buy’s Geek Squad at this location because my Apple AirPods weren’t working (the right earbud stopped working). They ran diagnostic tests and kept me there for over an hour, only to tell me at the end that they couldn’t do anything and that I needed to contact Apple support. What’s the point of even having Geek Squad if they can’t actually fix anything?
I left completely frustrated and felt like my time was totally wasted. I expected real help or at least a clear solution, not to be passed off to another company. Since I have two-year warranty plan, I asked why I couldn’t just get new headphones? And I was told, “Our system is down, there’s nothing I can do right now.”Real professional, Geek Squad! I felt completely brushed off and gaslit. Thanks for nothing.

Slowest service ever try to charge you for things they don't need to charge you for so always make sure you're on top of them alot of uneducated people its the worst experience I ever had
