Took my laptop in to get fixed. They told me it would take 1 week. It took 2 weeks. They did nothing to it... 5 years is too old to get a new screen.

Had the tv i was looking for and the person helped me all rhe way thru the transaction
Best Buy always has a good selection and decent prices. Staff is always helpful. I'm taking one star off because the two guys helping me had a hard time believe me that the tv I was trying to hang did not have any wall mounting screw holes on the back. It was a bit insulting.
The State College Best Buy is fantastic! I had an issue with a defective device I bought from the manufacturer’s website and picked up at Best Buy. After hours of dealing with the manufacturer’s unpleasant customer service, Emily and Dea at the State College Best Buy were able to help me better understand what was going on and figure out what to do next. Even though this issue was not Best Buy’s fault at all, they were both so kind and helpful. After the outstanding customer service I experienced at Best Buy, I will absolutely be purchasing directly from Best Buy for future tech purchases!
