We shop here because it's really the only specialty electronics store in the area and only if we need something relatively quickly. But when we're dropping a lot of money for Christmas, we'll drive to the Rockaway store.
It's a shame because it's so close, but they don't have a lot of selection to choose from as it's not as big as other locations. Also, no one ever asks to help you or to see if you have any questions. You walk around aimlessly, trying to figure things out on your own. The last time I went there, we walked around computers for 30 minutes with lots of questions before a fellow shopper started to help us. Really! He gave us the education we needed on computers, not an employee.
There is one person there who is very helpful. When she's there, and if she's not busy, she's great. But she can't help everybody.

Best buy Continues to be a source of electronics, home offices essentials and friendly service. The geek squad is always helpful for those in need of computer knowledge and service for those who need a little more information, and help with stubborn programs and insightful ideas. Although the latest tech is still coming in at comparable prices, only new items are displayed for movies and visual entertainment. Overall a great place to entertain and feed the need for the latest gadgets and trends and upgrade existing home and personal tech. Enjoy and let loose the inner child and geek wonders of the future.
