This afternoon I went to Best buy in Stroudsburg to finalize having geek squad come to my home and set up a computer that I bought at Best buy in Easton when I approached a store associate an older man about 6 ft tall his attitude was confrontive. When I told him I wanted to speak to somebody regarding having a visit from geek squad. He said to me some what angrily. What do you want to see them for. I tried to explain and he kept cutting me off and asking me more questions I felt like I was being interrogated. Then you brought over another older man and they both begin interrogating me the first store associate then left the attitude of the second store associate was also one of suspicion. Finally he agreed to look up my account and found out that I had contacted that store yesterday. I worked for the department of law & Public safety for the state of New Jersey for 25 years. They treated me worse then when I used to question gang members. I will never return to that store again. I have never been treated like that by anyone. If I was there a supervisor I would relieve them of their duty immediately.I finally said I will go down to Easton where I get treated with respect.
