Best Buy salespeople don’t know what they are talking about. I bought a video camera and reconfirmed 3 times if that model is compatible with my computer. All three times the salesperson said “yes”. When I tried to transfer the video in my computer it turned out that it was not compatible. I offered to buy a more expensive video camera that I checkout out that was compatible and pay the difference. They refused because it was past the 15 days. The camera was used once with 6 frames on it. I would not trust their salespeople and I hope you don’t either because you could get stuck with your item based on the wrong information they will give you. and I will never go in their store again and hope you don’t either. They take no responsibility for their false advice.
