A very shocking and poor experience with this location. My husband drove us to this store to look at phone cases for my new 17 pro max.
Came in and there was no greeting or offering any assistance.
I have a neurological disability (ruptured brain aneurysm and hemorrhagic stroke patient). My phone broke from my having a difficult time gripping the phone tight enough due to decreased muscular coordination in my hands. Unfortunately it means I drop items frequently. We wanted to find a case that I could firmly grip for the new phone, to help with coordination and prevent slippage. We were in the store for quite a while, looking at cases. No one offered to help. My husband took a few out of the box for me to grip and feel if it would work for me. We finally found the one that worked best for my disability. We wanted the case but in a different color. We politely put both phones back into their box and returned them to their proper place in the store. Only at that point (after we’d been in the store quite sometime) that someone approached us. Not to help, but to tell us not to remove the case from the box. While this man (white male dark hair) another associate (black female) came walking by to give us a very nasty look. We apologized for removing the case to try it on my phone and we were immediately notified we shouldn’t have done this. I had to then ask the man if they could get the case in the color I wanted, his answer was short without any care,,, “everything we have is out”.
No offer to help order, no asking if we required any type of assistance. A quick conversation would have let him know we needed additional assistance finding the right case that would fit my specific situation. I’m really disappointed that the store felt it more important to chastise a valued guest about trying out phone cases than to find out how they could get to know us and our needs.
As a side note , we also bought an Oled TV from Best Buy in January 2026 and had the delivery service fail to show up for 4 scheduled delivery dates. These were days that my husband and I both missed work and doctor appointments for. The TV was an upgrade from a Best Buy tv we bought in December 2025 that was faulty , so we upgraded to the Oled (and spent double the price). We still haven’t received an apology or any compensation for that debacle.
So in the end, no recourse for the botched delivery and left the store today empty handed without the Otter Box case that would have worked for me. No accountability, no respect or assistance for people that have a disability (or people in general).

These guys are the best! Thank you Geek Squad!
The staff were too busy standing around talking to each other to even notice I was there and needed assistance.
