LOL this place is a joke, I stopped going to this Best Buy and started going to another one just a bit farther out, and NOTHING like this experience.
Finally, I decided to walk in again, after not being here for weeks, me and my sibling wanted to get Pokemon, and suddenly, NEW RULES, NOW ITS ONE BOX PER GROUP, I think I've had enough of the bias prejudice that takes place in the store.
The manager also remains with the same rude attitude as if he doesn't want to be there? Why don't you get a leader who wants to lead by example? And not throw tantrums because he can't control the people who go wild for this pokemon stuff.
I've decided to escalate my concern, it's insane that this Best Buy just constantly makes new policies with these pokemon purchases, and with the way everyone behaves, I'm convinced they have personal relationships with specific customers which is why a select few that I know are ALWAYS catching this Best Buy stocking shelves.
Prepare for all the negative reviews you are soon to get, all because YOU COULDNT JUST SELL US A BOX LIKE A NORMAL PERSON, YOU WANT TO ASSUME EVERYONE IS A SCALPER

While the shopping experience was quick and easy the delivery and installation service is unacceptable. Best Buy has to do a better job selecting their subcontractors for this. Unprofessional and inconvenient. Scheduling appointment then calling to say they want to come a day early, I say ok but I will be on a business call 4 to 5, anytime before or after, he says, he can't he will be too far. I said then keep my original window tomorrow 2 to 5. What do you think happened? He still showed up at my house at 4.45 while I am on a work call. I open the door at 5.02 as he is driving away. Now Best Buy is calling to reschedule my original window because I am "unavailable" after 5 pm 😳 a lie their subcontractor told them.
The audacity and entitlement to act as if his time and convenience are a priority over mine - a paying customer.
What does Best Buy do about this complaint? Nothing. Rescheduled for 2 days later and now I have to arrange to be home again during a "window" from 7am to 7pm. Ridiculous. Will think twice before buying from BB again.

This is a small Best Buy. But there's a wide array of options. The store is nicely organized considering the space. I didn't get a chance to check out everything but I have a feeling it'll be right where i expect it to be.
I dod speak with someone from the tv department who was knowledgeable about TV's and the new tech behind it. I'd definitely consider coming back.
Very knowledgeable staff. Some of them are film students who understand the products better than most.
