Worst experience!!!!! Ordered thousands of dollars of equipment and they can't seem to get together the large screen tv and expensive sound system to make the delivery and the expensive installation. So far waiting a month for it. It's a ruin around scam. Shame on them for treating their long standing customers insignificantly. Guess they don't need my business so I think I'll be giving my money to another company who will be more reliable!!!
Well I love me some best buy.. always get my electronics here. I tried the Roadie to have Christmas presents delivered; they picked the items up, drove the opposite direction of my home and canceled the order. Best part?? Customer service does not answer the phone, you cannot talk to someone at the local store and i even tried other avenues like geek squad, which connected me to someone in India. What do I do now? I tried the email and chat... both directed me to the page stating it was picked up and canceled. Hopefully the store is still there and the employees were not replaced by robots yet.

They offer an excellent service, and there's many stores nearby. Definitely a good place to visit.
It's best buy. I got a fantastic black Friday deal. Unfortunately they no longer do installation. 😞
