Yes when we went in we tried to buy a new TV and we were in a great mood but all it took was to walk in the door and here the disagreements going on in the store and the employees standing around talking did not want to help people you asked them a question and they literally walked away we eventually bought a TV as a birthday present for my better half father with no help from your staff at all . But if you want to get upset and you want to be mad and you want to see what and how the influx of people coming to our country has demolished or values then certainly by all means visit this store this is the worst Best Buy I've ever visited and I would recommend to upper management they need to fire immediately the manager who hired the people that was in the store doing exactly what they wanted to do instead of what they were hired to do
Absolutely abhorrent experience with Best Buy and a cell phone delivery on Saturday via Door Dash local driver "Michael". Many texts and emails all stating incorrect information. Originally told phone was left at 1:18 p.m. It was not. Searched whole property including where signs are for deliveries to be left. Difficult for me as have limited, painful mobility. No package was left. Update communication stated "he" sent me a picture of the "safe place" package was left-no picture was sent. Then stated they attempted "first delivery" and couldn't do it. Another lie. No one came to house, knocked, etc. No one drove up driveway. I was WAITING FOR HIM SINCE NOON. Had trouble finding a valid customer service telephone where I finally got a refund. Then I get email saying that my "request for redelivery has been processed I'll get the phone on September 3rd". Again, all incorrect info on Best Buy's side. So much aggravation trying to straighten this out Saturday afternoon inc. call to my credit card. They actually gave me a Best Buy # to call. I'll never order from them again.
This specific store did not know what products they carried and we had to find it ourselves.
store employees while seemingly helpful were a waste of time and distraction since they led us to the wrong part of the store for the item and said "hmmm I guess we don't carry it go check home depot"
If they have a computerized inventory system maybe they should try searching that first to check where in the store to go and lead the customer there.
I don't typically do retail due to reasons like this I usually shop online where at least there is a better chance of me receiving the actual thing much faster.

I purchased a washing machine from best buy, the day of delivery, the man that delivered had an attitude, and refused to install my machine, put it back on the truck and left without saying that they were leaving. I will never buy from best buy again
