Tiny, poorly stocked little Best Buy. Wouldn't go there for anything you wanted to purchase immediately. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff at the geek squad, there is nothing to seriously major to complain about – only that I went there as an authorized Apple repair shop and they were unable to fix my phone, hence I needed to go to an Apple Store. They did seem a little bit unfamiliar with the AppleCare+ plan that I had they quoted a price of $99, when I went to the Apple Store it was what I expected with my AppleCare plus and was $29 for the replacement of the entire phone except for the camera and the front glass. they were in a little bit over their heads, and that was unfortunate – if they had fixed the phone, I would've given them five stars . I hate to be harsh and only give two, but when you're an authorized repair location – as a customer, you do expect to get the repairs taken care of . they did rightfully tell me that a proper Apple Store would be able to best handle my situation .

The one star is only for geek squad section Came on 8/19/24 the guy was rude and just so unprofessional had us waiting there for 30 mins because we didn’t have an appointment but when I called the lady told me we can walk in to speak to someone she clearly knows nothing! He couldn’t answer a question or do anything he was so flustered with the one customer he did have that was checking out just unreal you suck DO BETTER
