Employee stated that our Best Buy account had been closed. Since we didn't have our card with us he told us we had to apply for a new account. Well it turns out after we returned home and called customer service on said card HE WAS LYING! Account is still is still open and now we have two B B accounts. Plus an inquirey on oir credit report. We will be returning purchase. And most likely will never shop at Best Buy again.
