I just have to share the amazing experience I had buying a TV and sound bar at this store recently. Shoutout to Joe Rubin, the outstanding sales representative who helped answer all of my questions in a clear, informative, easy to understand way. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel pressured by him, and he took his time with us. He helped us every step of the way and was so personable. I also had a great experience with KJ who checked us out and scheduled the mounting and delivery. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such friendly service. I would shop here purely because the talented, knowledgable, and friendly staff I encountered.
laziest workers i’ve ever seen. all they do is stand around and talk. when i asked one of them to help me they all just stood around acting like they didn’t want to help me. if you don’t know about your products why are you working at best buy???
