best buy whitehall pa. purchased a laptop lenova. laptop died on last day of warranty. geek squad lied to me told me it was a software issue so they charged me 190. turns out it was a mother board, which is 1980 issues computer manufacturers had with cable connection being to tight. geek squad told me that it would take 7-10 days. took 31 days. they did not care about the end user at all. they like to blame the manufacturer, so it takes the accountability off them, no escalation, no concern that my business lost its computer for 30 days.
my other purchase was from quakertown pa best buy, bought a 60 " sony tv. it died after 3 months. took 6 weeks to get a replacement. best buy was useless blamed the manufacturer and i had to manage the logistics and once again no one at best buy cared. they want your money, they sell inferior products and demonstrate zero customer / end user concern. i recommend not buying from best buy ever!!!
