I called the store and listened to the AI Voice Mail tell me that they are not able to give me any information on Pokémon or magic the gathering cards. A woman answers and I say hey do you guys have any football cards in stock and she tells me that she’s not allowed to tell me if there’s any in stock or not it’s a hot commodity item and I have to drive to the store and I said it’s a 35 minute drive for me to get to the store. I don’t need to know how many you have in stock or even what brand you have I just wanna know if you have the sport football in store before I drive there. She tells me she cannot answer the question I get to the store the same person that answers the phone is sitting at the desk. We’re right behind them is all of the collectible cards and of course there’s no football. It would’ve been very nice to not waste my 35 minutes driving here and 35 minutes home if they would’ve just said no why have us announcement saying you can’t give information about Pokémon or magic the gathering and the employee decides to not tell anyone about any other sports. Terrible customer service.
