After going in the store and Leaving twice, second guessing what i was told ...i finally got my issues resolved by a Sales Manager who has excellent customer service skills ! Unlike the Service desk ....who were confused and misleading and didn't even know Best Buys own policies !

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.. They keep hanging up on me after 20 minute holds. They told me to call a number and nobody answers. At this point I want to cancel my order. Walmart was only $100 more and I wouldn't have to deal with all of this.
** I cannot reply but thank you for that information. The team on social media helped me CANCEL my order and I stand by my review. They have HORRIBLE customer service.. I think from a foreign country and they hang up on you. I ended up getting my appliances from Lowe's.
