Pickup process was easy and seamless...
I needed a laptop for work and am not tech savvy anymore, so I walked in at the mercy of the Best buy staff to help me. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, told the gentleman what I needed and he immediately called for a young man named Jimmy to help me. Jim was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I explained to him what I needed and that I dont know the 1st thing about computers. He was very patient with my ignorance of computers and very informative when it came to explaining what would best suit my needs. Needless to say, I walked out with a laptop, carry bag and cordless mouse and was surprised to learn that it wasn't going to cost my an arm and a leg. Im very pleased with my experience with Jimmy, and the rest of the staff of Best Buy and I will definitely be returning.
Best place to buy all electronic items
Needs more customer service geeks for sure.
