John had an impressive depth of knowledge & expertise. And Jacob E. patiently helped us find comparable devices for our insurance company claim. And the gal on duty from the Geek Squad gave us honest advice on the smartest, most economical way to recover data. Alex from the Geek Squad also took the hard drive out to insure it was working and to further dry it out so the data could be transferred to whatever new devices we buy from Best Buy.
