Why is the website so slow? So very annoying to use and the last thing I want is a Best buy app on my phone. Improve the website experience.
Bought an open box laptop from here and it was a great buy. Customer service was excellent.
Imagine buying something. OPEN box excellent condition. It gets shipped to you. The product is scuffed, never had sticker glue cleaned off, and doesnt have a charger. You call customer service. They tell you to take it to your local bestbuy that has the same laptop in excellent condition open box. Sweet!?!?! Right?
Wrong
The price is 385 more and they wont make it right. Same laptop, same open box condition. Just wont swap it out. Couldn't even use the original with out a charger. The asm even said the laptop we received was from in district and wouldnt be sent out from their store like that in excellent condition. But you wont do a swap? Please, you didnt even try to make the customer feel welcome or appreciated.
"My Dear" - keep calling your customers that in that tone and see if they come back.

Friendly from entering upon leaving. Nice people. Always clean. Somebody has some answer even if u don't know what u need they def help . Love it there
