This Best Buy canceled my order and refunded only part of my payment, keeping the cash portion I paid in store. What should have been a simple refund... turned into 6 phone calls, conflicting answers and zero accountability for money they still owe me.
Because I don’t live in Pennsylvania, I was told I must physically come into this store to get my own money back — no check, no digital refund, not even allowing an authorized family member to pick it up. In 2026, a major retailer holding customer money hostage like this is unacceptable. Avoid this location.
