I purchased a freezer online at Best Buy 11/29/25. The freezer came via delivery 12/13/25 severely damaged and I refused delivery. The driver stated Best Buy would contact me for new delivery, which they did not. I then contacted Best Buy to reschedule a new freezer delivery and low and behold, my account was then charged a delivery fee...twice. I placed several calls, unable to actually reach my local store, spoke with the call center and nobody could explain the charges that had posted. One delivery charge fell off but one charge posted. Mind you I already paid the delivery charge with my original order. I then received a call today 12/17/25 informing me my order has been cancelled due to no stock. The email I received shows a $0 refund although I was already charged and paid for the freezer and delivery, twice. I am now waiting to see if Best Buy refunds my purchase price and the bogus second delivery charge. Customer service representatives were not helpful or understanding of my frustration. Overall bad experience.

Used to be good, now just a stop if I need something in an emergency. Clean store though.
