Wildly unprofessional. After experiencing an issue with this location and leaving a review, I was asked to reach out to their social media team to document the issue. They did not even apologize for the issue until I say something about it. Not great

First thing when we walk into the store and someone yelling at us " where I can direct you". Then when we were checking out, the other Best Buy representative yelled at another customer "yo big man" like it was a bar. Another rep came out behind the door and yelled " oh okay" to us for absolutely no reason as we were leaving. When asked what happened, he just stood there and wouldn't talk. Just a lot of yelling for no reason. Lastly, our cashier seemed really high the whole time. Refused to take 2 pennies and had to count out 98 cents. Not really sure why they were yelling so much.
We needed to have a battery replaced in our laptop. I did have difficulty trying to schedule an appointment online with The Geek Squad.I called the customer service number and was able to schedule at my convenience, the next day. Thankfully, we had a service contract so our service was covered.
Upon arrival, there were several people waiting and Rick, the technician acknowledged me. It appeared that Rick was the only technician on the floor at the time.
A few minutes later, Rick had me come up to the counter. He had information about why I was there. He stated it would take about 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. I chose to do some ther errands in nearby businesses and come back.
Upon return, there were other customers waiting. Within minutes of my arrival, Rick came from behind with our laptop. This experience was great. Rick was fantastic!
