Poor Credit Card System and Unprofessional Service
I applied for the Best Buy Rewards credit card due to the attractive rewards, but the experience was very disappointing.
The credit card system is poorly designed. I tried multiple times through different methods, and also called customer service several times, but was unable to complete or access my rewards successfully. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to go to a physical Best Buy store, which was not helpful.
While most customer service representatives were polite, one representative was unprofessional and told me to “calm down” when I was simply requesting to use my certificate rewards to pay my stuffs. This was unnecessary and inappropriate.
Overall, the system is unreliable and the experience does not match the expectations.

When I walked in, I was greeted by the security guard, very nice very welcoming.. Tried to return a vacuum under our business account that has atleast 30 items under warranty.
The lady that “helped” me was rude and had absolutely no idea what she was doing . I tried being nice and asking if she could type in my email instead of phone number she told me it wouldn’t make a difference, when I spelled the email out for her she told me I was “doing too much and she knows how to spell”. When she typed the email in , every single thing that was under warranty came up on this screen. Customer service here is horrible. The door man is the only reason I give 1 star instead of 0. I don’t usually go out of my way to make reviews like this as I am also in the industry but this woman was truthfully unbelievable .

Store was out of the item we were looking for. Bought some other items I needed. Staff is pleasant. Only issue for me is that it always takes a long time for a representative to assist you after they ask you as soon as you come in if you need a rep and you tell them you need assistance. That's annoying.
