This is not about the store in-person the employee are great and always helpful. The fact that you can spend 40 minutes trying to get past the robot answering the phone to get to speak to anyone it out right insane. CORPORATE PUT YOU HEADS OUT OF YOUR. AND GET IT FIXED. Judging from the response they just don't get it or its just AI response. Review based not being able to reach the store employees by phone . They decided I should contact them by socal media. Not that they will try and fix the actual problem. Way to go Bestbuy.

Horrible experience with Best Buy! They removed my $ & then canceled the delivery & installation until the next week! Horrible customer service, didn’t want to give a complete refund, even though they never came to the house at all! I received nothing but chest pain for dealing with Best Buy! The chat live people would say “CALL DURING BUSINESS HRS”! No one wants to work anymore! The reason the delivery was canceled was bc TRANSFER DELAY OF THE PROJECT, which means the company had no one show up to do the delivery & installation. Best Buy has really gone downhill in the last decade. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my $ back that the company should never have taken before the service was preformed! They don’t care about handicapped people either!

I want to give a big thanks to Fern, who installed my dash cam yesterday. He was knowledgeable and installation was a success. He was also very kind, as well as the entire install team. Thanks again 🫶🏻

I am pretty much done with this location. I only stopped here a few days ago because Best Buy emailed me a nice coupon. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was, just wanted to go in, grab the item, head to checkout. But I knew the silly drill coming before I stepped inside. And it happened, as soon as you step inside that store, an associate literally started to trail me, stopped me asking if I needed help - I didn't. BUT HERE COMES THE SOLICITATION NONSENSE AGAIN - These AT&T Best Buy / Sales people are absolutely a pain in the you know what! Even when I say I'm not interested, the questions continue. "Who do you have, how much are you paying?? We have a great promotion" blah blah. Go away! First off ATT can't beat my super cheap plan now AND more importantly, I would NEVER go back to them anyway. After cancelling my ATT plan over a decade ago, they still had all my data..which was hacked 2 years ago and my info is now exposed on the dark web. I guess BB has some slimy agreement with ATT, the store is failing anyway - especially this dead empty Willow Grove location, so this may help them financially, who knows. But I refuse to get hassled by any of these aggressive salespeople when I step inside this store.
