Our experience purchasing our appliances with Jeff in the Willow Grove store was very easy, professional and courteous. However, our experience with delivery was, at the very least , unsatisfactory. The “installers”, whom we paid for, did not install; told us our water needed to be turned off, which they were not willing to wait for my husband to do that and left. We have no fridge installed, and I have insulin which needs to be refrigerated. We were on the phone all afternoon and evening after they took off, we were promised that the “Escalation dept” would call us within 45 min which they never did. And every one of our calls went to a call center from overseas (they told us that), and they were unable to do anything for us bc they were “just in a call center””.We had a similar unsatisfactory installation with our range, and necessitated our hiring and paying someone to do so. We purchased our appliances at Best Buy due to the better prices, but now we know why. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing there if you want your appliances installed. We still have no fridge in our kitchen to hold my insulin, the fridge that we paid for a couple months ago.

Found needed item fairly quickly.
Best Buy is the only place to buy electronics. Their Price Match Guarantee is the way to insure you are getting the best deal. I purchased a TV a few weeks ago and it came on sale today for early black Friday and it was at a lower price. I contacted Best Buy through their website chat and they refunded me the difference! WOW is all I can say. Taking care of your customers is what makes me a lifetime customer!
