Brought my laptop in for an update of Windows 10-11. Was concerned I might lose some history, but they assured me, and it went smoothly! They took longer than they let me think, and should have let me know it would be overnight. There's a 3 step process to reach a person by phone, which is frustrating, and you can't call the store directly any more! You just have to plan for this stuff. However my experience at the store was excellent in that the tech people were very Knowledgeable and Patient with beginner questions! Having the membership covered all that this would have cost!
The guy who works on Friday at the apple stand really knows his craft well. Will buy from him on Fridays, he is a very good asset.
