TL:DR: Everyone that works here stands around on their phones and this over multiple visits to this location. Come here to see something in person and buy it elsewhere for less.
Over the last few weeks I've been coming in for various electronic needs. Without fail, every time, it takes at least 20-30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I'm standing in the store right now as I write this review, well in view of multiple employees who are either on their phones or occupied with other tasks. There is almost nobody shopping here either. What really sucks for them as this allowed me to research further their prices for the same items around the web and they are 10%+ more expensive than every where else. Literally. I was ready prepared to make a 4 figure purchase today but the customer service here absolutely sucks. I get that every place is short staffed and all but there's a limit. And to have this happen over multiple visits to the store rules out the bad day someone might be having. Now I'm going to write 3 positive reviews elsewhere to make up for this one. Do better Best Buy
