Unprofessional and shady is the best way to describe this location. General Manager and Store manager have terrible attitudes and are the least professional managers I've experienced in any store, ever.
Very disappointed this visit. Security notified an associate the department I was heading to. This guy moved at a snail's pace. Took a long time to get my product. Took me to a register in the back of the store for some reason. Took even longer to remove an item from its anti-theft case. When he finally returned, he made me go behind the register to retrieve the rest of my order.
In short, worse BestBuy associate I've ever had. I would've told a manager...if I could find one.
