We've worked with Dom on a number of purchases and will seek him out in future. He is helpful, calm, efficient, stuffed with expertise, personable, and disinclined to overexplain to little old ladies like the young 'uns are so fond of doing . He seems never to have heard of upselling and resolutely refuses to engage in that unattractive habit. (The other little old lady adds, "And his nails are always clean and well-trimmed." Clearly, he was brought up right.) Best Buy consistently has what we need and Dom is right there to make every transaction a pleasure.
Didn't have the product I needed in stock but looked at other stores and found the product I needed. That's above and beyond for the employees
