I had a 10:45 appointment this morning my name was not even in the queue there was only one person to help and the line was backed up. I planned on spending $800 to have a car stereo installed. I was treated with exasperation. And a sense of I was a captive audience and if I wanted what Best Buy had to offer I was going to wait. So I'm taking my business somewhere else. When I tried calling customer service it's exactly what's wrong with everything that you try to get nowadays. The customer service representative after being on hold for 20 minutes and there is no option for customer service or help with installation. For a company that's been around as long as Best Buy you would think customer service would come first but it definitely was not the case today. Your online service was horrible you're in store service was worse and to top it off the telephone call was almost unbearable. Being short-handed is not an excuse. I'm being kind when I say disappointed was how I felt. Please learn to treat your people better Best Buy.
Going to say averages out overall... kind of like going to a good restaurant, enjoying the food and then the next day being locked up in the bathroom for an hour trying to figure out what it was that you at.
Between good store service, horrible call center and a lack of longevity of the products, yeah, average.
Just went in looking around, but was asked several times if I needed assistance.
Good quality, excellent attention..
