How do I check product availability at the York Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local York Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.
What are Best Buy York stores’ holiday hours?
To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. I ordered a new Tv and sound system for my living on the 8th of September and was told my Tv would be delivered on Friday the 13th and the sound system would come Tuesday. The sound bar arrived on time. But now as it’s Friday I go and check my shipment details and they changed my date to the 20th next Friday! I was never contacted or asked if this is okay. We called to see why it was moved so far out and the excuse was they had to many customers today to get done. I personally didn’t want them to deliver it but it’s the only option I was given. I don’t need them to set it up as I can do it myself. I asked if they could transfer one from a store they had it at in Maryland and I will pick it up in York as it’s over an hour away from me. The response was we can’t do anything for you you’ll have to wait till it shows up. I’m very disappointed as they will not work with me. And or credit anything for the 2 week wait.

Employees very helpful but was not pleased with product. Bought a 529.99 Dell Inspiron laptop for school and it died after only two years of use.
