The store is just not what it used to be
Not quite sure how Best Buy is staying in a business.Because it name is contradicting to what the prices actually are\nAnd it is not the best prices, unless you want to shop in a retail store.But still , other retail stores has these guys beat

To pu laptop ordered at store, they didn't explain the store protocol on needing an appt. And the downloaded services needed.

Terrible. I went in to buy a gaming pc. The guy working the area kept pushing the best buy card numerous times even though i said no. It got to a point i told him i dont care about the perks i just want the damn pc. He then got arrogant about my decision. I said i dont need this treatment and computer and left.
This store is a joke along with the people that work there.
