How do I check product availability at the York Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Placed an order online and got an email saying that the order was ready for pickup. Went to the store and was told one of the items was not available. I never received an email letting me know that the item was not available until I was told in store. The worker was not helpful with figuring out when it would be in stock again. From now on I guess I will use amazon as they can guarantee my order and will let me know if something is wrong with it.

Very knowledgeable staff. We were not rushed. We asked a lot of questions that the staff answered. We spent about $1,000.00 and we love our purchase. Very friendly staff! Without a doubt best electronics purchase we have made. Highly recommend!
