After standing for ten minutes, employees kept walking around me and not offering any assistance. Once I asked for assistance, they were not able to get the case open and I was told everyone is busy at the moment and it might be a ten minute wait. The store was almost empty save for a couple of customers. After standing for another 15 minutes of employees walking past and around me, I left.

My son & I walked in & there were several people not making eye contact with customers, but we were able to find the "pick up an order line" very quickly. A very nice & attentive staff found us at the front of the line (other staff at registers were attending to customers). He asked us for our order number and was super friendly & personable despite it being a quick transaction (I think his name was Jeremiah). Over all quick & efficient & a nice experience!

Completely horrible service. In the computer section especially because more than half of the employees have no idea about the products they sell! In addition they have no idea how to lookup inventory on hand. One employee will tell you they have 3 of something and the next states 0 on Hand. For black Friday they are not even that busy at all for such poor service! I can see why bestbuy is struggling as a company!
