Drove to Best Buy to look at a new gaming monitor. My wife wanted to get me one for Father's day but wanted me to go look at them first. I was looking to buy an OLED curved monitor for gaming. I wanted to see how much of a difference it was compared to what I am currently using, whether it's worth the amount of money or not. 1 out of the 8 or so monitors were working, I was told yeah they sometimes work so you can see the display and other times it's just a black screen. The employee said he can't do anything and walked away. I'm not buying anything if I can't see what it actually looks like... I found a open box OLED that said it was returned because of residue.... I asked another employee if he could plug it into something so I could see what it meant by residue.... He said he couldn't it requires a Internet connection to display anything.... Welp I think I'm fine with what I have.

I spent quite a few hours at Best Buy between yesterday and today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Greg and Lucas for their incredible customer service! Yesterday, I purchased three phones for my kids. I was only able to activate one myself before Verizon kept prompting me to contact them directly. After spending about an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon today, trying to activate the other two phones, they eventually told me I needed to go back to Best Buy. When I returned, Lucas was the first person to help me. I explained the situation, though honestly none of us were completely sure what the actual issue was (Mystery is still unsolved). Lucas then brought Greg over to assist. Greg had also helped me the day before during the original purchase when we ran into barcode issues, stickers overlapping, etc. The cashier, though I don't remember her name or the other gentleman that helped, and Greg worked out the issue (so we thought) and he had told me to come back if I had any problems. Well… sure enough, I did! 😂 Both Greg and Lucas were incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was there past closing time, and not once did they rush me or make me feel like a burden. They stayed patient and made sure I left with everything working properly. After swapping out phones and spending a total of 3 hours and 15 minutes going back and forth with Verizon, I finally left with 3 working phones and 3 very happy kids! This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you both so much — you guys are superheroes without capes!
